They were closed when I showed up, despite accepting the reservation at that time and sending numerous confirmation messages. When I called, I was told to "come back tomorrow", even though I had already paid for the first day (and, of course, I couldn't come back the next day). No apology was offered. Airport pickup took an HOUR. Every other rental company had minimal to no lines but the thrifty/dollar rental desk had a super long, slow line. We were late to our event because of it. If I were doing again I would pay a little more to rent from another company at the Salt Lake airport. Once we actually got the car everything was fine.Reviewed Oct 3 2023
