Not so happy
Cons: Picking up the car did not suppky the car i reserved. Car was not there when i arrived. I had to get the manager to call and find put if tbe car even going to make it. I had to wait an hour untill the car evantualy came in and still wait for it to be cleaned. Over all driving with the vehicle was kind of ok dince i had no other option. When i picked up the car not only efforys to minimize the cituztion were hardly nade but also offered to cancel ny reservation. Very insulting gezture when arriving after 6 hours of flught. What did tbey expect me to do? This reservation was placed months prior to arrival. This was a shocker.

Not up to Hertz standards
Pros: - Decent gas mileage
Cons: - No washer fluid - Front washer fluid pumped approximately 2-3 inches up the windshield and that's all. Ended up purchasing a gallon of fluid for vehicle, and then couldn't use it. - Found someone else's prescription glasses and holder, as well as a gardening shovel in the front passenger's door panel. Couldn't have been cleaned very well. VERY obvious. - At check-in for returning vehicle, no notes were taken on issues that I informed them of. When we went to do walk-thru, guy didn't even verify issue with wipers. Guessing that they just washed it, and sent it back out, as is, instead of fixing.

Paid the price for cheaper price
Pros: The pricing was good but found out later why
Cons: Pickup, although I knew was going to be off airport, I figured there would be a shuttle or some type of transportation but there wasn't. Good thing a family member was at the airport to greet us otherwise it would have been an expensive taxi ride...the drop off was equally weird; due to our early departure we had to drop off at a downtown hotel & again arrange our own transport to the airport, which was expensive. In the future I'll probably opt for airport pickup & drop off only

Cons: We could not find where to return car. We called the address during business hours and it went right to voicemail. We had to ask a valet and they directed us down 4 levels of a parking garage. Again, once there no indication of where to leave car. We parked it, took elevator to Marriott lobby and found the hertz office, closed and locked at 930 in the morning. We left keys in a lock box and still have no idea if the car was ever found. I better not see any extra charges on my bill as the car was back on time. All in all, a total nightmare and 3 hours of my time plus a $6 charge to park my friends car so he could help me find hertz in Salt Lake City
