Europcar is actually Fox Rental. The agent at the check in counter was not able to explain why I had to answer certain questions (got example why was being asked to sing to confirm I have not taken an airport shuttle to get to their office). I've also asked for no insurance extras to be added. After dropping off the car I've realized they've added LDW and LRP optional insurance. I have a feeling I will never see these refunded, despite having asked for no extras at pick up. Just another zero transparency car rental company. The car was dirty on the inside, full of crumbs, a half empty bottle and napkins. The drop off process was quick however and someone assisted me right away. They location of the drop off is not too far from the escalator to the terminal shuttle.Reviewed Oct 26 2025
