The staff were good, no problems. The car I was given was the problem. It is the worst car I have driven in 40 years: noisy, poor visibility, sound system rudimentary. (Mitsubishi vehicle). All my friends and family and even on of their neighbors who walked by laughed and made derogatory comments when they saw me in it. Maybe it was bad luck? Who knows PS I drive a 12 year old VW so I am probably not a spoiled brat.Reviewed Dec 31 2025

Kayak said it would be a Toyota RAV4 or similar when I made the reservation but when I went to pick up, they didn’t carry any Toyota’s and if I wanted something “similar” it would be considered an upgrade so I had to pay extra just to get what I thought I was already getting.
