Everything you needed was right there, didn't need to leave the property.
The dealers and the cleaning staff were friendly. The entire hotel feels like a cheap home that has been flipped by a cheap developer. For example, the lobby columns have fake marble wallpaper poorly applied, the elevators are scary old and slow, the rooms are awkwardly furnished and poorly painted, there is an ad hoc mishmash of door hardware with gold, brass, and silver finishes, the water pressure in the bathroom is a joke, the tiles around the tub were loose and falling apart. To make matters worst the hotel staff seems more concerned with shanghai-ing people into horrible time share seminars, they will literally stop you twice to make sure you received your "gift" which is nothing more than ploy to get you in front a pushy time share booker, and what is the "gift," two cups of instant oatmeal! Kayak rated this hotel a 4 star! Yeah right! this place is one step above a Motel 6 only by sheer size. This was the first time I really felt let down by Kayak's rating system and I will now think twice if I use it again.
Leaving! Understaffed in every department. No one cared about the quality of the service. It took me over an hour for the Bell service. I had to finally pick up and take my luggage to my room. Bar service was one of the worst I've ever seen. 2 bartenders, 2 servers for more than 200 people at the bar, not counting the gaming floor. Do not pay for the buffet a head of time. Unless you like waiting an hour in line to get a table. Maybe in 10 years when money is put into the place it be worth going back to. If it was for the fact that the convention was held there I would of stayed somewhere else. Even the hotel manager was too busy to pick up the phone. Probably tiring to handle all the problems. Oh, one more thing. If you like waiting for and listening to people complain about the elevator service, then this is your hotel.
Cheap for one night Service and over all cleanliness was horrible I would never stay here again
The staff was really nice The fact rooms does not have a microwave to warm up left overs in room
Their lost and found doesn't function. I lost a bag with brochures because if them. Lousiest stuff
Big TV in Room. Bed was okay. AC worked. The Bathtub was somewhat clogged since it would take for ever for the water to sieve through. We came for Memorial weekend. Got here late since leaving LA was a disaster. Once we arrived, they did not have the suites that we had reserved. We either had to choose from a Smoking suite or get a King w/ a brought on extra bed. Mind you, we had reserved 2 double beds. The elevators in the North Tower take about 10 minutes to pick you up. Overall, This will probably be my last time here since they also took out the Pizza Hut it once had. RIO, here I come.
Connection to convention center was nice. Updated room was nice with large TV. Sports book is nice. Edge steakhouse is good. Need better quicker options for food. How about a Pizza Fire or quick pizza joint? My room was 78 degrees and the AC was frozen so I called for maintenance and after 3 hours still no help. I asked to be moved into another room and maintenance shows up 10 minutes later. How are casino's still allowing smoking? I tried to play some table games but cigars are for outdoors, not a card game inside. Get rid of the sushi joint.
Staff was extraordinarily friendly. There were no reasonably priced food options. Even the sandwiches in the cafe started at $15 and higher.
Everything Kayak making an error on my set up, westgate- did correct the issue
Pool and cassino, they are good and i like them but my stay was a mess, i'll never get there again!! First, i got there they said they don't have the room that i booked, they gave me another one. When i got into to the room it was dirty, towels on the floor and no making bed. Talked to the manager they transferred me to another one, it was perfect. Today when i was packing my stuff to check out, my ipad was missing, nobody couldn't find it, the housekeeper helped to find that but no one was able to find that. I did a report and they will open an investigation, i need to call them in 3 days to see what they will do. Really disappointed
I liked that it was on the rail line. The price was great. Didn't like customer service. The go green is a scam. If you call one time they basically won't clean your room and will try to get out of giving you the 10$ coupon for each day. Me and 5 friends all got rooms and we all had different rooms despite spending the same amount. Some got lucky and had nicer rooms where some of us got rooms with heavy smoke smell. Beds are crazy hard. Was so sore after every night sleep. Honestly you get what you pay for. I thought it wouldn't matter what my room was like but I actually regret not spending a little more and staying somewhere nicer. One friend called for a remote every day we were there and after 5 days he never received one. I could go on and on really. Too many things to list.
Hotel said they do not charge a "resort fee" however upon check in they insisted on charging a "destination fee" of $28 dollars a night which gives you the same services as most other Las Vegas hotels resort fees.
I loved how big and comfy the bed was!! I didn't like how thin the walls seemed to be, but it's ok nothing too bothersome.
Comfortable overnight stay. Close enough to the strip. Quiet and clean. Quick check-in process. I did not like the shampoo and conditioner provided. Both felt too drying on my hair and didn't feel like they were cleaning my hair that well.
GREAT staff and really nice rooms located right next to the convention center. Nice view if the golf course and strip hotels if you're located on the Paradise side of the hotel. N/A
Easy check out Great rest Great rest
Easy in/out with a car, free parking, excellent buffet breakfast included, clean room. Not luxurious but a good value and very friendly, helpful staff with on-site concierge.
I traveled to Las Vegas for a friend's wedding and brought along my 23-month old daughter. The hotel was perfect for a dad/daughter weekend with the right amenities, a very friendly staff and a quiet stay overall.
Clean, comfortable and excellent service. Great food at Envy Steakhouse onsite. Superb service. We especially liked riding the nearby Monorail to the hotels on the strip for a bit of gambling..then returning to our smoke free hotel for a good night's rest. Breakfast at the hotel is outstanding! We were in town for a wedding but staying at the Renaissance LV was like a much needed restful mini-vacation. We cannot think of anything negative.
Swimmingpool is not like in the pictures, very small!
The staff was friendly The room was neat and clean The location was convenient The sink plumbing was terrible! The water filled up just while trying to wash my hands. Also when I went to brush my teeth the water in the next room was running and the sink filled with filthy black water with what looked like old food in it! Had I not been checking out I would have immediately made a fuss. It was terribly gross!
The staff is top notch, very nice and helpful. Prices all around were very good. Room was pretty good, clean and pretty comfortable. No indoor pool/hot tub.
very spacious rooms. it was nice to have the space for my toddler to run around. took the staff a little long to bring a crib to the room, and I had to call down twice to get it.
Loved that breakfast was included. Nice restaurant on sight. Rooms were spacious and didn't feel cramped with three grown women. Loved that the shower had sink in one room and toilet had a sink in another, providing enough space for us all to get ready. Very quiet in room and halls. Didn't hear noise of neighbors. Shuttle to the strip. Close to strip, but not all the chaos.. I was pleased with our stay.
They refunded my reservation against your refund policy. That I flew all the way to Las Vegas thinking my trip was paid for only to find out the above.
Overall it was good. It would be good if the rooms had a safe. I also noticed on one occasion that one of the towels I had already used, a small one, was not replaced. It was simply folded. I know this because I could still smell the soap I used on it.
The staff was great and even went out of their way to help! Great job! The fact we paid more than just about everyone that we talked to!
Great service! The lady st the front desk was upbeat and fun! The hot tub was broken and so we had to walk a ways to another marriot to sit in the hot tub.
Non-casino setting in Las Vegas. Pleasant staff, easy access and easy parking. Pool was closed Saturday for some fence repair, but staff told me I was able to swim next door at the Marriott.
Complimentary breakfast AC was not very good. Bed was very firm. Bed size availability was unacceptable.
Friendly staff, free parking, full kitchen, but not sure why Marriott risks it's brand perception with this place. Dirty and smelly room, with cockroaches in the kitchen. Extremely thin walls and floors, which caused us to wake up constantly with neighbors walking/talking. Extremely slow Wi-Fi. Poor below average breakfast. Broken outlet and bathroom door.
Great room. Great handicap room, one of the best set ups I've used. Very spacious room/kitchen area. The towels were so so rough. Only issue we had.

Everything. All good.
not a casino, full kitchen, free breakfast, happy hour and parking no resort fee ac fan was noisy but it was 110 outside so I could live with it
The staff was amazing friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room had a sofa bed which was old and dingy.
I love Love loved the hotel and staff. This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel A LOT....

Wonderful kitchen, lots of space, walkable to the strip. There are 4 Marriots in a 2 block radius. Very confusing to find the correct one.
Everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff gets a 10 from the front desk help to the breakfast crew in the morning. All were very courteous and attentive to give you any advice on how to get to the strip, the Hoover Dam, or what shows to go watch. We were greeted at 2 am by smiling faces and a bottle of water after the dreaded spirit airlines customer service the gesture of fresh water at 2 am just made my night. The hotel is very clean and maintained. The rooms were very nice and luxurious. The trip to the strip is 5 mins away. Why pay for resort fees and have to deal with all the noise and chaos when it is avoidable and makes your trip that much better just having time away from the sights and sounds. I highly recommend this hotel!
Very nicely decorated room. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is very expensive. You can walk to the strip, but it is a long way.
WiFi didn't work
The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean too and the showerhead is good. Everything is pretty standard and nothing fancy. Considering the price, it's a good alternative to Airbnb when you travel alone.
Hotel con trasporte aeropuerto hotel y strip gratis lo recomiendo al 100% Buen hotel
The size of the room and all staff front desk, casino cashier, and housekeepers were all very nice !! Clean NO BUGS AT ALL !!! The reviews others have wrote almost made me paranoid to stay here but I am glad I chose for myself!!
When we arrived they had messed up our reservation and we were given a single bed for 4 people, but we let the check in staff know and they gave us a different bed with no hassle. The room was pretty large and was a great place to chill a little and come back and crash after being out most of the night. The facility wasn't the most clean place in the world but it wasn't horrible. The casino downstairs is quite small and is filled with people who are gambling away money they don't have in the first place.
We booked this hotel for the 2016 SEMA show. The room is very spacious. Very adequate for 4 grown men. Room was tidy. Carpets needed a steam clean though. Close proximity to our destination and very ample parking. Bath towels were an issue. Always short.
Very clean and confortable nice and near downtown
The pricing was decent and close to convention centers. Mini fridge with lots of space in the rooms is a plus. Free wifi never works, no "business center," onsite facilities (restaraunt, casino) is a joke. Horrible smoking smell everywhere! A ton of people smoking it up int he casino, outside in the shuttle waiting area, even outside the "non-smoking" guest rooms.
The room was very clean and alot better than i expected. However Slow wifi and the door was super hard to open..
Staff was fine also a decent price, but you get what you pay for. .there's nothing but hookers, and homeless people in the hotel.
Close to the strip & cheap Older facilities, got our reservation wrong.
Well its vegas!!! Only need room to change clothes and get my little 4 hrs of sleep after partying before driving home. It would have been nice to stay at one of the bigger casinos but with high resort fees and parking fees these days its ridiculous. Room was big, beds were sperated by a divider of some sort. Big counter space, had a fridge no microwave or coffee maker, or anything useful. It was $7 lyft ride to linq hotel, overall not a bad spot to sleep
