The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. For the money you are paying you don't get much value. Also, I expect that when I am paying this sort of price per night that when I walk the hallways to get to my room I don't have to see everyone's room service tables and left over food. I also didn't like the fact that they want to charge you 35 USD/night to rent a refrigerator. Some things should be included in the price.
Pretty hotel. They started to charge for parking!!! (This was not notify earlier in the booking) They give us room keys that don't work. ( happens more than one time) The walls don't cancel noise. I could still hear other people talking and in the middle of night. Placed unauthorized charge on the room for no good reason. Had to call to Ask the staff to make it correct, took very long time. Bad attitude also at one point they hung up on us. Iineffective staff that's was rude made the stay even more frustrating. Buffet quality of food, taste and atmosphere had lower dramatically!!!!!

Comfortable bed and spacious room. I appreciated the fitness center and the various weights and cardio machines. However, it was located quite a distance from the rooms. You had to walk the entire casino floor, past the lobby to get there. You're really paying for the location on The Strip. The room was nice but what comes out to be over $322/night including all taxes, etc the room and accommodations themselves weren't worth it.
Your cleaning staff is unsurpassed. I hope they are compensated as they are the behind the scenes success to the beauty of the resort.. When I went to check out there where all sorts of extra fees. I made no room charges. I called the front desk and they removed them, I asked for an emailed copy and they sent two. One for the resort fee's which is so silly if you pay for a resort yet can't use the refrigerator, the other email was over 650.00! I went to the desk and they said it was an error? A lot of unnecessary anxiety for an error!
Location is excellent and the hotel has a lot of nice amenities. The fitness center is well equipped. The conservatory was beautiful, as always. Check-in on Thanksgiving Day was packed, and we waited about 30 minutes in line. It seems like there could be a better system. Parking garage was incredibly crowded and, in fact, we had to park at another hotel one night because it was full. The air handling system is not as good as other hotels. It was incredibly smokey, even inside the buffet where smoking is not allowed but apparently diffuses into the dining area from the casino. And we had to trek through the casino to get to and from the elevator to our room, so we could not avoid the smokey air. They should look into removing the chlorine taste from the tap water, perhaps a reverse osmosis system or charcoal filter, at least for the water served in the restaurants. The bathroom had loose pieces of silicone caulking all over the floor. Of course, everything was quite expensive, from the mini-bar items to the hotel cafes/coffee shops to the water sold in the hotel shops ($5.25 for 1 liter) to the parking ($10/day).
Fantastic location. We had an okay room. Restaurants are all incredibly expensive. You would expect much more for your money. We only had one bath robe, a small TV, and my front desk staffer was very unfriendly. She had me booked in three rooms for the same night and suggested I would have to pay all three. I said it was a mistake and eventually she got it sorted. For the price, you expect more. Would not recommend nor stay here again. I've stayed at SLS and Montr Carlo and would easily pick them instead.

I loved the décor, most of the staff, and conservatory. The show (O) was great too! We had a couple of issues with staff, the main on being the guy who "checked" the keys before entering the elevators was rude and not at all consistent with who he checked (both in our favor and against). When my husband asked him about it he was combative and obnoxious.
Clean and nice hotel in a good location. There's nice restaurants inside. The pool is crazy. We went down one day at 11:30am and there was not a free seat anywhere. Absolutely packed. Went down the next day a bit later so we expected there to be no seats available but there were towels laying all over seats and on the plants. It was very messy and disorganized. Here's a tip, instead of the staff standing around chatting where you collect the towels why doesn't one of them walk around and check for free seats and clean up the towels so guests don't have to ask every single person if the seat next to them is taken. Be careful of the surface near the pool when it's wet, if you are barefoot it can be very dangerous and slippery. I saw many people slipping over. 2 basic cocktails plus tax = $40. Ugh.
View room description is misleading. Only view was of empty pool. View limited view of strip. Save the $40 per night for upgrade. There at of the hotel was awesome. Will come back with standard room.

Big and beautiful hotel & suites. I did not like the fact that there is no space to put things in the fridge. Is stocked with their stuff and will charge you if you move it.
Decorations were wonderful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed eating at restaurant. Breakfast was really good! The entire place was very clean. Can't think of anything.

Gorgeous common areas, comfortable interiors, and (importantly and uniquely for Vegas) a well-designed layout that makes accessing guest rooms easy. This is truly a huge resort complex, yet you can still get in and out of it from your room with ease. It was also easy to find adequate (albeit pricey) dining with minimal wait. There is nothing worse than having to wait forever to be seated at a restaurant in your own hotel, and this was never an issue in The Venetian. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back for sure. The rooms, while beautiful, are in need of modern amenities like charging ports, easy-to-access power outlets, better lighting controls, and larger TVs, just to name a few things. We stayed in a 1300 sq ft suite, and the living area was 40" or so. I realize this may sound trivial, but it's 2017 and this is a 5 star resort. Another issue we had was the relative lack of reasonable dining options. There are over 40 restaurants inside the property, but (aside from food court-type options) only a couple are reasonably-priced.
Beautiful, romantic Italian setting hotel. Room was huge and very comfortable. 3 TVs. View was good and could see the strip. A lot of restaurants, but they were very expensive. Although there was a food court that was reasonably priced. I did like the fact that the Palazzo and the Venetian were attached and you could use the casino vouchers in either casino Would have liked coffee in the room. Most hotels now a days have a small coffee pot in the room.
Price for stay Wi-Fi is limited to a certain number of devices in rooms. Not a good selling point when most people travel with multiple devices.

the hotel was a great spot to have a classic las vegas feel without paying the las vegas prices. you can enjoy nice rooms, casino, and a pool all included. the rooms were a bit small and the elevators took forever to come when called. the hotel is not a premier hotel but on a budget it is worth a try.
This is a great budget hotel to stay in, the rooms were very clean and modern plus the beds were comfortable. Wonderful staff and location. I would recommend staying here Sunday through Thursday, Friday night was really crowded. This was expected for the price, the pool was small but fun, unsavory groups of frat boys walking around partying in the hallways, and very crowded elevators so crowded you had to wait awhile to get on.

The location was great, staff was overall friendly. To start this place is truly a maze. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. I feel like I spent most of my time waiting on one. I got so sick of waiting I took 20 flights of stairs down to the casino. Saturday morning between 7-8 am I woke up to a fire alarm in the hotel. Can I just say this hotel was more stressful than I imagined. I was really disappointed. I have added this hotel to my do not stay list.
great location! lots of fun things to do right around the hotel. great pool! the nook and nook express is seriously the best little restaurant ever! when checking in we were told that our booking for a non-smoking room with two double beds was a "request" and because of that, we were bumped to a smoking king room. this was at 1:00am after having stood in line for 45 mins (the self check in kiosks are a joke). we accepted our fate and couldn't argue with the front desk woman as we didn't have a copy of our hotel booking itinerary on hand. she did hold a room for us for the following day but the bad impression had already been made. after checking the booking itinerary there was nowhere on it stating that our room type was just a request and this is why i am so irritated by the whole situation. what's the point of booking of the room you want if they just decide to change for you themselves??

Central location for exploring the strip by foot. Great restaurants on site. Hard to navigate inside the hotel, not well marked to get from hotel to parking garage.
The hotel overall was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very very small for the size of the hotel and the hotel bathroom didn't have a fan for showering.
The location is great, close to Wynn, Venetian, Mirage. The Suite was large. $5 tables during the day for fun. TI is a cheaper alternative tot he Wynn and Venetian and lets you stay in the same area and go back and forth walking to the nicer properties. The property and our suite were pretty dated. Our suite was large, but the furniture was old and worn out. The room was really dim at night, not enough lighting and it smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking room. The hotel does not offer any kind of pressing service, they only have dry cleaning that they send out. My clothes were already clean, just wrinkled from my suitcase. Paying for cleaning them again and waiting one full day to get them back sucked. They charged a pretty hefty "Resort Fee" but I have no idea where the resort is. All I saw after being there for a week was my room and the Casino. I never went to the pool. I was disappointed they stopped doing the pirate show in front. Also, the restaurant choices suck. Who wants to eat at Senor Frogs when there are so many top chef places next door at Venetian or Mirage? Overall, TI feels like more of a downtown property than one on the strip. If you get it cheap, it's OK.

The gym and spa were very good. The hotel staff was pleasant. The food was good. Pushy aggressive sales people at Perfume 11 caused an overall negative response. I have already told five people to avoid this shop.
Location was great! Right in the middle of the strip. We were also able to leave luggage at the front, secured, before we were able to check into the room so we could go enjoy the strip! Not the cleanest hotel I have been to. Mold on the ceiling, bathroom counter wasn't cleaned very well, old dried pink/red liquid on the wall.
I liked that it was central. The room was clean and fairly quiet. What it lacked was coffee maker or kettle. Your forced to buy a coffee maker across the street at Walgreens or spend 20 bucks a day on Starbucks. Very smokey environment could not spend much time in the casino. Very tight machines so don't plan on gambling here. Vegas is not a good choice for Canadians right now and I would avoid it. Totally overpriced.
Everything was great! The wait to check in was a bit slow but other than that.... my favorite place to stay! Like I said the wait to check in on Saturday was slow an there wasn't even a long line! If clerk would of just made eye contact an said just one moment that would of been nice! But once being helped she was very friendly

I loved the size of the suites and the comfort of the room. It was the perfect size for my group. The cleaning lady did not come in to clean when we asked her to come back after we left. She did not come back to later in the evening and she did not do a good job of cleaning.
The room was pretty and our cleaning ladies greeted us everyday and were really super friendly. For the price, we would've preferred a nicer view....when we booked it led me to believe we would have a view of the strip but when we got there, the front desk said they may not even have the Bella Suite at the Palazzo available. It was confusing. They finally made one available... but honestly this hotel is way too expensive. Not impressed. And that's sad...

Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.

At checkout, they did remove the resort fees from bill. Spa was excellent, both shows were great, Portofino restaurant was excellent Room A/c was 7 degrees below what was set, after A/C guy came to room with directions, such as make sure handle was up on door....keep washcloth on top of thermostat?...and turn on fan when you leave room...nothing changed. Fire alarm went off at 4am with loud recordings for the next 20 minutes, water on sinks in bathroom was messed up, and TV was searching for signal for probably a total of 6 hours in the week we were there. Be prepared to spend a LOT of money on food anywhere in hotel.
I loved how fast housekeeping was at providing what we needed. The front desk takes forever to answer. Nothing too major to complain about though.
Loved the experience at Mirage Hotel. Very friendly crew, great room and great restaurants. Whenever I come back in Vegas I am definitely staying at Mirage again.

Very expensive, expensive resort fee with no coffeemaker, charges for TOUCHING the mini bar, no access to a fridge, horrible smoky environment.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sink drain was off the track and "closed" I fixed. The shower - the ring at the top kept sliding down to the shower head. The radio/alarm did not work. Lack of consideration for other patrons - sexual sound could be heard through the wall, the drunks yelling/swearing in the hall in the wee hours of the morning. No room in the refrigerator for any "leftovers" - it was filled with liquor, water so that there was no room for the leftovers I had.
Only part of the entire stay that was positive was the Operations Manager finally coming through after having complained 4 times about my room and it still not being resolved. Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Leads me to believe that there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping. First night I check in, got a room with two queens. Almost jumped in to be to notice a big urine stain on the sheets. Thank God the second bed was clean so I slept in it. Oh did I mention the clump of long black hair on the ice bucket. Reported the issue the following morning and the girl removed the resort fees for two nights only to come back that evening to find the issue still glaring at me in the face. Reported the issue the following morning to the same girl I talked to the prior morning and this time all she offered was to remove one more nights resort fees (apparently as issues escalate the process to resolve the issue is to make the customer less happy). Much to my surprise I found the issue yet unresolved that evening when I returned to my hotel room. At this point I was thoroughly disgusted, what else wasn't cleaned in my room prior to me checking in and during my stay I wonder. Having found the issue unresolved I marched down to the desk to talk to someone that would give me more than a "We have done the most we can do" speech. I asked for a manager who too while apologetic had his hands bound with what he could do. When I asked him to go up to my room and see the issue for himself he informed me he had no idea that issue was unresolved for three days now. Eventually he pulled some strings and got me a ticket to a show and $50.00 credit for dinner. I work in the service industry and know that what most customers want is for the issue to be corrected and to some extent to be taken care of. After my first day that's all I wanted, I didn't ask for any money (company trip, company expense) so how hard is it to acknowledge a breakdown somewhere in the system, apologize and take care of the issue.
The casino and staff were nice For over 120$ for a room, I expect a little fridge and microwave in there. Even Motel6 has those lol. It was also a $20 charge to valet park the car, something that should be free for those staying at the hotel. Next time I'll just stay somewhere cheaper.

I liked the location. The hotel is right there near the strip and easy to walk to food and shopping. The lady that checked me in was really nice. The room was dirty and out of date. One thing that really frustrated me was the parking. I think when you check in they should explain parking to you. I tried to use my room key for parking and it still charged me $8.00. I probably won't visit Vegas for another 15 years.

Price Worn out. The facilities look used and abused. Furniture in the room is horrible. Even the pillows are exhausted. The hallways look like they have seen much better days.
Water dripping from the ceiling . There was hair on the walls of shower . The pool closes @ 5pm and the slide family water slide is not always open .
Location seemed central to lots of stuff in Vegas. Casino and storefronts in the hotel. Price was reasonable. Sinks did not drain. Super irritating to have to had shaved, brushed teeth in a sink that wouldn't drain. Not worth changing rooms because I was there one night but this will definitely make me think twice about looking here again.

The Cromwell delivered! This has been by far the best stay in Vegas. They exceed in customer service and deliver 100% satisfaction. No waiting to check in and absolutely amazing rooms.
The staff was amazing and attentive . Loved champagne hour and 24/7 coffee. The pool at the Beach club wasn't clean. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the slots area.
Size of hotel for Vegas strip was a pleasant change. Great location in the center of the strip. Clean, new, fabulous pool, but closed by 5:00 pm. After a long hot day on the road, a dip would be nice. Nothing for free in Vegas any more. Charged for Valet parking, which has always been free, and the obnoxious "$40 resort fee" whether you use the amenities or not is annoying. Giada's restaurant was pleasant, but very expensive for ordinary food. Hostess was snotty and snooty. Her little black dress must have been a little too tight in the wrong places.
Great location, staff and property. The night club keeps you up all night. My bed actually vibrated, physically vibrated, from 11pm to 3:45am. Worst nights sleep ever! MAJOR Issue that needs to be dealt with!

Service was the best i've experienced in Vegas from the moment you walk through the door the valet lets the front desk know who has arrived prior to your checking in so they literally already know your name as you walk up to check in, to the countless interactions you have with the Cromwell staff. This hotel outshines the likes of the Encore! The rooms are a clean and very well designed! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
I loved absolutely everything! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here again in the future! No complimentary breakfast. I heard Giada's was amazing but couldn't get a reservation either of the two days I stayed.

The bed was very comfortable. The fridge did not have any storage room for stocking our own snacks or drinks. This was inconvenient because we brought items to stock the fridge. The bathroom sink did not work properly and squirted out toward us multiple times. We always bumped into the center table by the couch. Although the room is very large, we felt cramped by the couch area. Only one bathrobe of the two was plush material.

In the middle of the strip, big room, go the room for a decent price (besides the resort fee) We got to the hotel and the self check in machine didn't work for me and sent me to the desk. Then I had to wait in a line that only had one person checking people in. It took forever and it was a horrible 1st impression. They need to have a few more staff checking in people because one person isn't enough during higher check in times. Everyone in line with us was irritated.
Very centralized and near some great attractions on the strip. Excellent value on the cost. The bed in our room was old and saggy. Everything else was fine.
We chose to stay at valleys and not go to the Bellaggio because it was third of the price. We were so impressed because the rooms were big and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pretty and clean and tidy, and there was a little food court downstairs which made it very easy to grab something on the go without breaking the bank. We spent the money we saved going to other hotels around us. The Paris Hotel is adjacent via a tunnel between valleys in the Paris Hotel which made it convenient because Paris has a great night life and we never had to really even leave to go outside to get there.
Room was clean, king room wasn't available on the first night, but transferring to different room on the second day was easy. There were no amenities in the room like a refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave. We like to take leftovers when we dine out, and there was no way to store or reheat our food.

Perfect location it is in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the strip. The "resort fee" is ridiculous. Defiantly did not get the resort feel, but overall still a cheap hotel.
I love the large room we stayed in and that there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious also. The online checkout was super convenient! You can't beat the location right in the middle of the Las Vegas strip! Black marker stains were on the sheets. The headboard on our bed did not look like it was cleaned. The counters were definitely not wiped down, there was sticky residue left from the last guests.
Bally is on the strip. Walkable to Bellagio and Ceasar, Paris. Super easy because of cross walks. Next time I would book directly through Bally and not use middle man like kayak. Kayak gave me a 1 kind bedroom when I clearly booked 2 queen beds.
I enjoyed our room and the view. It was big and comfy and we weren't all on top of each other. The food downstairs and outside were great. It's in an amazing location and if you want to walk to strip it's convinent in location. I did not like the lines to check in or the staff in general. They were not very nice and didn't seem to want to help. I tried calling for a late checkout and they denied me a late checkout and said ballys couldn't do anything for me. I would understand if there we maids on my floor cleaning but there weren't any. It's Vegas, people get in late and want to sleep in past 11 in the morning but they would not let us even stay an extra 20 minutes. That is something I always look for in a hotel and ballys seemed to not want to accommodate us. So I'll stay somewhere else next time!
Outside appearance is deceiving. Rooms are nice and clean even though the outside has not been remodeled. I booked through getaroom and it was extremely frustrating trying to add a guest to my booking since I was not going to be able to check in myself. Bally's would not help and had to call getaroom FOUR times to fix the problem.

Location is perfect. Room was clean. Cleaning Lady didn't steal, did a great job. Ladies walking the Casino floor were VERY helpful and fun, directing me to the fun games and being enjoyable to speak with. Broke the toilet handle, couldn't flush without some work. Broke the shower handle, couldn't turn off the water without lots of struggle. Casino is aged. Construction. Lady working the lobby was not easy to speak with, not really a fun person, you could tell she was tired of being there.
Outstanding staff and customer service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect location on the Strip without the price of a luxury strip casino. The little casino was and food options were good too! One suggestion - Don't book a room on the south side of the hotel unless you want to see and hear the trash compactor at work early in the morning at a neighboring hotel.
I enjoyed the location of the Casino Royal. It was perfectly situated to all the major hotels. I was able to easily get to a couple of the larger hotels where my convention was being held. I also enjoyed the fact that an Outback Steakhouse restaurant was attached, and a Ben and Jerrys. The Outback Steakhouse provide a great menu and atmosphere for dining. The room was very nice though small. However, it provided all that I needed to enjoy my stay: a fridge, keurig coffee/tea maker, counter space, desk etc. It was very clean too. Since I am not a smoker, having to navigate the casino to get to the rooms made it a bit challenging with all the cigarette smoke. Other than that all was good.
Everything else. The bathroom sink overflowed from malfunctions.
The hotel was great, a little smaller than the other hotel's on the strip but this hotel has reasonable food options and is accesssible to the strip right across the street from the Mirage. You couldn't find the hotel parking area. Need better signs or directions to get to the parking lot.
The rooms were nice, had a fridge, a safe, a nice tv, etc. There is construction and you have to park in back. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was a taxi circle- which there isn't. We asked the staff to have a taxi waiting for us at a particular time, and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to walk to a different hotel to get the taxi. If they aren't going to have a good way to get into the hotel- they need to do a better job ensuring people can get taxis to go where they need to be.
Lobby hasn't been updated in years but rooms are comfortable and clean. Walk to rooms is much better then larger hotels. Could use a update on gaming and food area. Color scheme has been same for years.

Location to the strip Did not get discount i was promised over the phone. Manager on duty would not fix the issue. Very disappointed.
i like the excellent location ... the room was nice bat very noise you can hire noise from the ac.. extractor outside maybe on the roof it was a in comfort night for next day of work.......

We travel all the time. Our family stays in many different hotels. I feel we were misled on price. What they offered online was a great price. When we arrived taxes , resort fees and parking fees were all added on top of the total that was given online. Turned out to be double... :( Then made it worse when we arrived at our room finding it to be dirty with stained carpet, and out dated furniture from the 90's. Also food was very exspensive. I wish there would've been more of a selection offered.
There were some internet issues which took a few minutes to resolve.
When I booked our Rooms, We booked for Mardi Grass Not Carnaval. Our Door Needed To Slam It Hard In order To Close. I Was Also Told That I Would Have $10.00 Credit For Each Day Because We Didn't Have To Get our Room Clean But we Could Ask For Towels Etc. Overall I Was Not A Very Happy Client
Free parking Rooms need an update. Furniture frim the 80's as well as carpet an elevators. Very outdated overall
Location only. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The Valley Tower is remodeled but the others are dilapidated. There is a charge for everything including parking. There is no coffeemaker in the room and no refrigerator.
My second time staying here. The 1st time wasn't bad but then again I had a suite. This second time was horrible. Staff was rude. And they messed up our room check in. We had to change rooms. They over charged. And the room was so gross! The couch looked like it belonged in a horror movie! Everything!
The parking was low stress, and so convenient. Staying where the show was made it nice. The late checkin was frustrating. We had to pay extre to check in befor 4 pm
I really liked the restaurant downstairs - they had amazing salad there were few outlets in the room and the ones they had were chinsy ones that the charging block didnt fit tight into.

This Hilton was excellently located, right in the middle of the strip, and at the back of the Flamingo property. It's a six-minute walk across the street to Bally's and the concourse to Paris; it's a ten-minute walk across the Strip to the Bellagio and Caesar's. We had a spacious and comfortable suite with a large, jetted soaking tub, a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, and a practical kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, sink, and some dishes/flatware. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the fridge in the kitchenette, unlike other luxury Vegas hotels, was empty, so we could use it for our own stuff. I hate it when the fridge is stuffed with mini-bar offerings that I've no intention of ever using; I find it especially obnoxious when the fridge shelves are on some sort of auto-scale that tracks if you've tried to remove a mini-bar bottle to make room for something like a personal water bottle, and charges you for the "missing" items. There was none of that nonsense here, thankfully. The Hilton has its own pool just for its guests, separate from the Flamingo property, which we appreciated. It was about 100 degrees when we were there, and we didn't want to use the extremely crowded and noisy Flamingo pool. The Hilton is unfortunately on the back side of the Flamingo's pool area, and every day is party day at the Flamingo pool. The disco music blared at bomb-test volume from noon to six, every single day. Even with the windows and blinds shut in our suite on the 6th floor, the music is still earsplitting, but I suppose the upside is that the music tends to drown out most of the drunken partiers in the Flamingo pool. It was nice to have our own pool for this reason, but the Hilton pool area stank like a four-day-old dead skunk, on account of a nearby garbage dumpster in the blazing sun. We nearly gagged on Saturday when we tried to use the pool. The jetted tub was impressive and comfortable, but didn't drain on its own. We had to pull and hold the drain plug continuously until the water had fully drained; it kept slipping back into plugged position without someone holding it up. I also would have appreciated a little more privacy between the jetted tub and the rest of the room, like a sliding glass tub door or something.

Best kept secret! Quiet, but right there in the middle of the strip. Can use the Falmingo pool, but Hiltons is much more relaxing. Great staff, rooms were wonderful, and the little store has great breakfast! I would stay there anytime! N/A
