location is good, I thought the overall cleaniness of of facility starting to look a little tired, rooms were ok but house cleaning did not do a good job for making up room.
Location is excellent and the hotel has a lot of nice amenities. The fitness center is well equipped. The conservatory was beautiful, as always. Check-in on Thanksgiving Day was packed, and we waited about 30 minutes in line. It seems like there could be a better system. Parking garage was incredibly crowded and, in fact, we had to park at another hotel one night because it was full. The air handling system is not as good as other hotels. It was incredibly smokey, even inside the buffet where smoking is not allowed but apparently diffuses into the dining area from the casino. And we had to trek through the casino to get to and from the elevator to our room, so we could not avoid the smokey air. They should look into removing the chlorine taste from the tap water, perhaps a reverse osmosis system or charcoal filter, at least for the water served in the restaurants. The bathroom had loose pieces of silicone caulking all over the floor. Of course, everything was quite expensive, from the mini-bar items to the hotel cafes/coffee shops to the water sold in the hotel shops ($5.25 for 1 liter) to the parking ($10/day).
Pretty hotel. They started to charge for parking!!! (This was not notify earlier in the booking) They give us room keys that don't work. ( happens more than one time) The walls don't cancel noise. I could still hear other people talking and in the middle of night. Placed unauthorized charge on the room for no good reason. Had to call to Ask the staff to make it correct, took very long time. Bad attitude also at one point they hung up on us. Iineffective staff that's was rude made the stay even more frustrating. Buffet quality of food, taste and atmosphere had lower dramatically!!!!!

Fantastic location. We had an okay room. Restaurants are all incredibly expensive. You would expect much more for your money. We only had one bath robe, a small TV, and my front desk staffer was very unfriendly. She had me booked in three rooms for the same night and suggested I would have to pay all three. I said it was a mistake and eventually she got it sorted. For the price, you expect more. Would not recommend nor stay here again. I've stayed at SLS and Montr Carlo and would easily pick them instead.
Comfortable bed and spacious room. I appreciated the fitness center and the various weights and cardio machines. However, it was located quite a distance from the rooms. You had to walk the entire casino floor, past the lobby to get there. You're really paying for the location on The Strip. The room was nice but what comes out to be over $322/night including all taxes, etc the room and accommodations themselves weren't worth it.
I loved the décor, most of the staff, and conservatory. The show (O) was great too! We had a couple of issues with staff, the main on being the guy who "checked" the keys before entering the elevators was rude and not at all consistent with who he checked (both in our favor and against). When my husband asked him about it he was combative and obnoxious.
Very luxurious, huge casino, welcoming staff. Fountains are a great attraction especially at night. We had problem to check in. Hotel didn't receive reservations from Kayak/Amoma. Took two hours and dozen phone calls to finally chek in. The pool area was great except there almost no sunshade umbrellas which are a must in Vegas sun.

Beautiful, romantic Italian setting hotel. Room was huge and very comfortable. 3 TVs. View was good and could see the strip. A lot of restaurants, but they were very expensive. Although there was a food court that was reasonably priced. I did like the fact that the Palazzo and the Venetian were attached and you could use the casino vouchers in either casino Would have liked coffee in the room. Most hotels now a days have a small coffee pot in the room.
View room description is misleading. Only view was of empty pool. View limited view of strip. Save the $40 per night for upgrade. There at of the hotel was awesome. Will come back with standard room.
Big and beautiful hotel & suites. I did not like the fact that there is no space to put things in the fridge. Is stocked with their stuff and will charge you if you move it.
Gorgeous common areas, comfortable interiors, and (importantly and uniquely for Vegas) a well-designed layout that makes accessing guest rooms easy. This is truly a huge resort complex, yet you can still get in and out of it from your room with ease. It was also easy to find adequate (albeit pricey) dining with minimal wait. There is nothing worse than having to wait forever to be seated at a restaurant in your own hotel, and this was never an issue in The Venetian. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back for sure. The rooms, while beautiful, are in need of modern amenities like charging ports, easy-to-access power outlets, better lighting controls, and larger TVs, just to name a few things. We stayed in a 1300 sq ft suite, and the living area was 40" or so. I realize this may sound trivial, but it's 2017 and this is a 5 star resort. Another issue we had was the relative lack of reasonable dining options. There are over 40 restaurants inside the property, but (aside from food court-type options) only a couple are reasonably-priced.
Clean and nice hotel in a good location. There's nice restaurants inside. The pool is crazy. We went down one day at 11:30am and there was not a free seat anywhere. Absolutely packed. Went down the next day a bit later so we expected there to be no seats available but there were towels laying all over seats and on the plants. It was very messy and disorganized. Here's a tip, instead of the staff standing around chatting where you collect the towels why doesn't one of them walk around and check for free seats and clean up the towels so guests don't have to ask every single person if the seat next to them is taken. Be careful of the surface near the pool when it's wet, if you are barefoot it can be very dangerous and slippery. I saw many people slipping over. 2 basic cocktails plus tax = $40. Ugh.

the hotel was a great spot to have a classic las vegas feel without paying the las vegas prices. you can enjoy nice rooms, casino, and a pool all included. the rooms were a bit small and the elevators took forever to come when called. the hotel is not a premier hotel but on a budget it is worth a try.
The price of the rooms were about $75 with resort fee. The Internet service did not work.
great location! lots of fun things to do right around the hotel. great pool! the nook and nook express is seriously the best little restaurant ever! when checking in we were told that our booking for a non-smoking room with two double beds was a "request" and because of that, we were bumped to a smoking king room. this was at 1:00am after having stood in line for 45 mins (the self check in kiosks are a joke). we accepted our fate and couldn't argue with the front desk woman as we didn't have a copy of our hotel booking itinerary on hand. she did hold a room for us for the following day but the bad impression had already been made. after checking the booking itinerary there was nowhere on it stating that our room type was just a request and this is why i am so irritated by the whole situation. what's the point of booking of the room you want if they just decide to change for you themselves??
The price didn't match the room, I figured the room would have been small with no amenities but it was the exact opposite. The room was large for just one person and came with refrigerator and microwave and I had a great view of the pool. It was also fairly quiet on the floor. Nothing to dislike at this time.
Price for stay Wi-Fi is limited to a certain number of devices in rooms. Not a good selling point when most people travel with multiple devices.
The location was great, staff was overall friendly. To start this place is truly a maze. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. I feel like I spent most of my time waiting on one. I got so sick of waiting I took 20 flights of stairs down to the casino. Saturday morning between 7-8 am I woke up to a fire alarm in the hotel. Can I just say this hotel was more stressful than I imagined. I was really disappointed. I have added this hotel to my do not stay list.

This is a great budget hotel to stay in, the rooms were very clean and modern plus the beds were comfortable. Wonderful staff and location. I would recommend staying here Sunday through Thursday, Friday night was really crowded. This was expected for the price, the pool was small but fun, unsavory groups of frat boys walking around partying in the hallways, and very crowded elevators so crowded you had to wait awhile to get on.

The hotel is beautiful and much larger than appears on the outside. The pool side area looks inviting and they do offer a spa/gym that looks agreeable but my visit was purely for business purposes this time and I was unable to use these amenities. I had dinner at Mon Ami Gabi and it was fabulous. Menu was fantastic, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was all brought out as requested and very very good. Petite Suites are gorgeous with a nice meeting/sitting area and two bathrooms which was convenient and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival there was a very long wait to get checked in and it seemed like there were more employees standing around rather than calling on guests to help them. They have "rapid" check-in machines that seem like a waste of space as I couldn't get it to work for me no matter how I tried. The first room I was checked into was a beautiful petite suite but had a rancid smell and upon calling maintenance and waiting roughly an hour they came in and told me there was a gas leak coming from the sewer due to a broken seal in the toilet that the maintenance guys were aware of and shocked they actually put somebody in the room. Instead of helping relocate me and my luggage they had me pack my bags and go back downstairs to wait some more so that I could get reassigned a room. My second room smelled equally as bad but like a children's pool that hadn't been cleaned all winter. Within 15 minutes I had a horrible headache and was back downstairs. They moved me a third time and offered me a small credit to use in one of their restaurants or spas. Although this did not make up for what I had already been put though (and the stress, anxiety, and headache I was now stuck with) I was running late to a meeting that I should have had plenty of time to prepare for so I took what I could and ran. I had my meeting at their French Bistro and it was lovely. My bill came, I charged it to my room, and retired for the night knowing I had a very long day ahead. After getting back to my room I realized they have no water located in the room. I was exhausted and the thought of going back downstairs was dreadful so I just went to sleep. Upon waking I found my bill and realized they had not removed the credit I was given for my previous days troubles. I called downstairs and they told me that the restaurant, although located at Paris, is not owned by Paris and therefore was not approved for the credit. I was told if I wanted to speak with somebody at the desk upon check out then I was more than welcome but there was nothing they could do for me. So back downstairs I went, again. After waiting a few minutes I was helped by a lovely lady who tried her best to understand the situation and show that SOMEBODY in that hotel cared at least a little. At the end of the day I got onto a flight to come home wondering if I could every come back to Paris for anything more than a restaurant that wasn't even owned/operated by the hotel. I travel to Vegas for business multiple times a month and would like to be able to say I would try this hotel again but I am extremely unsure at this time.

Beautiful room. Comfortable stay. Able to use a kiosk to check in rather than wait in a long line to check in. Plus, we got to check in early! Being charged resort fees of over $30 per day. Pool is closed. We didn't use WiFi. What am I paying for? Plus only 1 of the 2 keys worked.

The hotel was very nice with great staff. The location on the strip is great! Food was outstanding in all of the hotel eateries. Very easy access to all of Vegas either walking the strip, seeing the Bellagio fountain show across the road, or catching a taxi to see more of Vegas. Had prepaid for our room we thought and then was stuck with an unexpected resort fee upon arrival. Prices for everything from restaurants, drinks, to gift shop items are outrageous.

It was comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice and comfortable, until I smelled something rancid in the bathroom. The smell was coming from one of those huge National Geographic sized cockroaches. I told the front desk but all they offered to do was clean the room . That ruined my whole stay . I paid to stay somewhere nice if I didn't mind roaches in the room I'd stay at one of the many cheap motels Vegas has to offer

Very nice room. Night time registration staff was very friendly; day time not as much. We had to switch to another room because the first one we were in sounded like a strong breeze was constantly blowing, almost as loud as if a vacuum cleaner were right outside our door. They moved us immediately upon request.
Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a coffee maker and a fridge. That the housekeeper didn't replace our used wash cloths. No shower cap and bad bathroom lighting.
No free parking . Was not given the option to park for 20 mins also while I checked in. I had to drop my rental car at the airport and return in Uber. While checking out luggage services refused to get my luggage at the North End entrance which is the designated pickup spot for Uber/Lyft ( this is deliberate to force you to use cabs) . I had to carry 2 carry ons and a large check in bag from one end of the hotel to another (half a mile almost) to reach the North end . Luggage services did not provide a trolley as well. Very disrespectful of paying customers. Luggage services , parking rules

I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.
There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
Beautiful and fabulous casino was luxurious and over-the-top with marble and statues and the pools were awesome. I will absolutely return again.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.

I liked the location. The hotel is right there near the strip and easy to walk to food and shopping. The lady that checked me in was really nice. The room was dirty and out of date. One thing that really frustrated me was the parking. I think when you check in they should explain parking to you. I tried to use my room key for parking and it still charged me $8.00. I probably won't visit Vegas for another 15 years.

Location seemed central to lots of stuff in Vegas. Casino and storefronts in the hotel. Price was reasonable. Sinks did not drain. Super irritating to have to had shaved, brushed teeth in a sink that wouldn't drain. Not worth changing rooms because I was there one night but this will definitely make me think twice about looking here again.

The casino and staff were nice For over 120$ for a room, I expect a little fridge and microwave in there. Even Motel6 has those lol. It was also a $20 charge to valet park the car, something that should be free for those staying at the hotel. Next time I'll just stay somewhere cheaper.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sink drain was off the track and "closed" I fixed. The shower - the ring at the top kept sliding down to the shower head. The radio/alarm did not work. Lack of consideration for other patrons - sexual sound could be heard through the wall, the drunks yelling/swearing in the hall in the wee hours of the morning. No room in the refrigerator for any "leftovers" - it was filled with liquor, water so that there was no room for the leftovers I had.
I loved how fast housekeeping was at providing what we needed. The front desk takes forever to answer. Nothing too major to complain about though.
Only part of the entire stay that was positive was the Operations Manager finally coming through after having complained 4 times about my room and it still not being resolved. Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Leads me to believe that there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping. First night I check in, got a room with two queens. Almost jumped in to be to notice a big urine stain on the sheets. Thank God the second bed was clean so I slept in it. Oh did I mention the clump of long black hair on the ice bucket. Reported the issue the following morning and the girl removed the resort fees for two nights only to come back that evening to find the issue still glaring at me in the face. Reported the issue the following morning to the same girl I talked to the prior morning and this time all she offered was to remove one more nights resort fees (apparently as issues escalate the process to resolve the issue is to make the customer less happy). Much to my surprise I found the issue yet unresolved that evening when I returned to my hotel room. At this point I was thoroughly disgusted, what else wasn't cleaned in my room prior to me checking in and during my stay I wonder. Having found the issue unresolved I marched down to the desk to talk to someone that would give me more than a "We have done the most we can do" speech. I asked for a manager who too while apologetic had his hands bound with what he could do. When I asked him to go up to my room and see the issue for himself he informed me he had no idea that issue was unresolved for three days now. Eventually he pulled some strings and got me a ticket to a show and $50.00 credit for dinner. I work in the service industry and know that what most customers want is for the issue to be corrected and to some extent to be taken care of. After my first day that's all I wanted, I didn't ask for any money (company trip, company expense) so how hard is it to acknowledge a breakdown somewhere in the system, apologize and take care of the issue.

Loved the experience at Mirage Hotel. Very friendly crew, great room and great restaurants. Whenever I come back in Vegas I am definitely staying at Mirage again.

This hotel was wonderful and affordable. It sits central to everything on the strip. There is a fantastic mall attached to the building, plenty of delicious food nearby, and the staff were extremely accommodating.

Location is fantastic. Good value for Vegas. Just not all that impressed. Had to switch rooms because our room type was not available on our first night. The pool waitress charged our card so many times it eventually was declined, and we had to use a different card.
Great location in the heart of The Strip. My family and I enjoyed walking The Strip and seeing the sites during our for night stay at PH. Our updated double queen suite featured modern decor and very comfortable beds. The hotel was a bit pricey.
It was a nightmare. DO NOT book there for vacation, no matter what! We got all our things stolen from the bell boy room and they just gave all our stuff for a person without double check it. We were left with nothing, it took them 30 minutes until they called a security guy to come and he forced me to write a form in another language. The manager didn't even approach us until we demended to talk to him. He went out and accused us for their mistake and gave us zero asdistance. They didn't check the cameras, they have't told me who took it or where they went. The hotel manager didn't offer us any help regarding the hard and dangerous situtation that this insedent caused to my deabetic wife. The manager of the hotel even threthened to kick us out of the hotel. Their behavior for tourists abroad is horrible and I recommend you to stay away from the hotel. They ruined our honeymoon. An early check in will COST you. There are much better hotels in town.
The best part was the casino and the mall that was close. The faucet started howling for no reason, had to turn it several times to stop. The toilet started leaking and by the time the staff showed up it had stopped and dried. They initially gave us a room that people were still staying in. They had increased their hotel fees plus taxes in the two days we had reserved the room. The parking was ridiculously far from the hotel.
Check in easy and nice it wasn't on casino floor. Asked for "nice view" and was given south facing view facing Polo Towers. Not exactly what was looking for but wasn't in room much anyway. Room is much larger than expected. But not a lot of drawers. TV did not work entire time. Called front desk and was told Maintenance would come up. Never did. Beds comfortable. Bathroom huge with two sinks. A bonus for couples. Rooms clean & updated. LOVE the "skinny" mirror!!! Was on 18th floor and rooms were super quite. I picked this hotel mainly for location. In center of strip and attached to Miracle Mile shops so easy for shopping, eating, drinking.
I loved absolutely everything! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here again in the future! No complimentary breakfast. I heard Giada's was amazing but couldn't get a reservation either of the two days I stayed.

Service was the best i've experienced in Vegas from the moment you walk through the door the valet lets the front desk know who has arrived prior to your checking in so they literally already know your name as you walk up to check in, to the countless interactions you have with the Cromwell staff. This hotel outshines the likes of the Encore! The rooms are a clean and very well designed! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
The staff was amazing and attentive . Loved champagne hour and 24/7 coffee. The pool at the Beach club wasn't clean. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the slots area.
Great location, staff and property. The night club keeps you up all night. My bed actually vibrated, physically vibrated, from 11pm to 3:45am. Worst nights sleep ever! MAJOR Issue that needs to be dealt with!
The bed was very comfortable. The fridge did not have any storage room for stocking our own snacks or drinks. This was inconvenient because we brought items to stock the fridge. The bathroom sink did not work properly and squirted out toward us multiple times. We always bumped into the center table by the couch. Although the room is very large, we felt cramped by the couch area. Only one bathrobe of the two was plush material.

I booked a non-smoking King room. We checked in and I thought everything was fine. We got to our room and it had two double beds and no robes. No time to change rooms, as we were in town for a UFC Fight. Sleeping in double beds was not the ideal romantic getaway we had anticipated.

The beds were comfortable. I booked 2 nights at the Westin. On Night 2, Two personal laptops, a digital camera, and checkbook were stolen out of my hotel room. The safe in the hotel room was not big enough to house the laptops and I trusted that Westin was a reputable line of hotels and safe enough to leave my things tucked away for 3 hours. When I called security, they took over 20 minutes to get to me, and then said it would be investigated first thing the next day. The head of security didnt arrive until the late afternoon when we had to check out. There was absolutely no urgency in trying to rectify this situation or assistance in making us feel safe. They took away my "amenities charge" and a dry cleaning charge because my dry cleaning arrived 2 hours later than it should have, but didnt take away any major charges considering over $2000.00 worth of my possessions were stolen, likely by an employee. They were unhelpful and made me feel incredibly unsafe and uncared for.
Hotel was quite comfortable for being off the strip, casino really small, liked that it was non smoking The staff and their attitude. Since I was an SPG member but didn't book directly thru SPG, was told I wouldn't get my membership Points. Was also told since it was a 3rd party booking that I wouldn't get the room that I thought I was booking. I paid an extra fee to book a king size suite, staff told me that usually we get the standard room which had 2 double beds. I showed him reservation that showed a king size bed and he finally changed his tune and accommodated us. Being a SPG member apparently got us nothing since I didn't book they them personally!
Close to the strip. Parking onsite. This is not a 4 star hotel. A little dated. Waited in line for awhile to check in and out. Casino was small and there weren't many people there. No refrigerator in room.

for the price, you can't beat the location. its a quick 10 min walk to the strip and you can easily cut through bally's to beat the heat. the pool is definitely not on las vegas quality standards. its what you would find at a business hotel. if you want a vegas pool experience, don't book here.
We've stayed at the Westin on numerous occasions and we keep going back because the beds are super comfy, close to the strip-yet far from the crowds, and the prices are usually reasonable. Also, as SPG members we earn points, which can be used to stay at other participating Westin locations. The craps table is only open from Thursday through Sunday evening.
I was charged I was charged resort fee of $17 a night plus tax. This is such a rip off as every hotel has a gym and wifi as standard. The grout on the bathtub needs to be fixed.

I like the fact that there Jacuzzi was working and the pool, while other hotels did not have these facilities working. Some elevators were down but I still give the Hotel an A plus.
Rooms great with all the amenities plus things like washer/dryer and large jet tub. Large room with spacious balcony. Actually enjoyed and appreciated no smoking facility. Hotel gave whatever you needed. Seemed pretty quiet too, even though Mayweather/Pacquio weekend. Strip view a plus Need to make sure they re-caulk showers and clean tub out little better. Overall awesome
giant rooms! princess suite was amazingly huge and beautiful. i went on edc weekend. so the service was a bit slow. but thats because they were at max occpacity!
I loved the customer service. The bellhop was a little slow but when we had a problem with our shower draining the hotel comped us and put us in a much nicer room for a value of $60 a night for free. The staff with the exception of the receptionists at the the spa, were all very nice and helpful. They brought extra towels, coffee, laundry detergent...upon request. It was very close to the strip with NO SMOKING anywhere. We loved it. The beds were very comfortable. I did not like that in the first room we had originally, the shower did not drain properly and the staff wasn't sure how to fix, but they did give us a much bigger and nicer room as a result.
In the middle of the strip, big room, go the room for a decent price (besides the resort fee) We got to the hotel and the self check in machine didn't work for me and sent me to the desk. Then I had to wait in a line that only had one person checking people in. It took forever and it was a horrible 1st impression. They need to have a few more staff checking in people because one person isn't enough during higher check in times. Everyone in line with us was irritated.
Room was clean, king room wasn't available on the first night, but transferring to different room on the second day was easy. There were no amenities in the room like a refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave. We like to take leftovers when we dine out, and there was no way to store or reheat our food.

Nothing !!! Customer service was horrible. Rooms were dirty, heather didn't work , shower head was broken , the shower room light bolb was burned, whither and waitresses were super rude at the casino , customer service was super poor and I did not enjoy any second of my stay at this hotel. Requested refund but was rejected in very rude wat. Dissatisfied custo r will never return to this hotel !!!
I enjoyed our room and the view. It was big and comfy and we weren't all on top of each other. The food downstairs and outside were great. It's in an amazing location and if you want to walk to strip it's convinent in location. I did not like the lines to check in or the staff in general. They were not very nice and didn't seem to want to help. I tried calling for a late checkout and they denied me a late checkout and said ballys couldn't do anything for me. I would understand if there we maids on my floor cleaning but there weren't any. It's Vegas, people get in late and want to sleep in past 11 in the morning but they would not let us even stay an extra 20 minutes. That is something I always look for in a hotel and ballys seemed to not want to accommodate us. So I'll stay somewhere else next time!
Location Front desk service sucks
We chose to stay at valleys and not go to the Bellaggio because it was third of the price. We were so impressed because the rooms were big and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pretty and clean and tidy, and there was a little food court downstairs which made it very easy to grab something on the go without breaking the bank. We spent the money we saved going to other hotels around us. The Paris Hotel is adjacent via a tunnel between valleys in the Paris Hotel which made it convenient because Paris has a great night life and we never had to really even leave to go outside to get there.
Outside appearance is deceiving. Rooms are nice and clean even though the outside has not been remodeled. I booked through getaroom and it was extremely frustrating trying to add a guest to my booking since I was not going to be able to check in myself. Bally's would not help and had to call getaroom FOUR times to fix the problem.
Perfect location it is in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the strip. The "resort fee" is ridiculous. Defiantly did not get the resort feel, but overall still a cheap hotel.
Very centralized and near some great attractions on the strip. Excellent value on the cost. The bed in our room was old and saggy. Everything else was fine.
I love the large room we stayed in and that there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious also. The online checkout was super convenient! You can't beat the location right in the middle of the Las Vegas strip! Black marker stains were on the sheets. The headboard on our bed did not look like it was cleaned. The counters were definitely not wiped down, there was sticky residue left from the last guests.
Everything else. The bathroom sink overflowed from malfunctions.
The rooms were nice, had a fridge, a safe, a nice tv, etc. There is construction and you have to park in back. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was a taxi circle- which there isn't. We asked the staff to have a taxi waiting for us at a particular time, and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to walk to a different hotel to get the taxi. If they aren't going to have a good way to get into the hotel- they need to do a better job ensuring people can get taxis to go where they need to be.
I enjoyed the location of the Casino Royal. It was perfectly situated to all the major hotels. I was able to easily get to a couple of the larger hotels where my convention was being held. I also enjoyed the fact that an Outback Steakhouse restaurant was attached, and a Ben and Jerrys. The Outback Steakhouse provide a great menu and atmosphere for dining. The room was very nice though small. However, it provided all that I needed to enjoy my stay: a fridge, keurig coffee/tea maker, counter space, desk etc. It was very clean too. Since I am not a smoker, having to navigate the casino to get to the rooms made it a bit challenging with all the cigarette smoke. Other than that all was good.
Outstanding staff and customer service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect location on the Strip without the price of a luxury strip casino. The little casino was and food options were good too! One suggestion - Don't book a room on the south side of the hotel unless you want to see and hear the trash compactor at work early in the morning at a neighboring hotel.
The hotel was great, a little smaller than the other hotel's on the strip but this hotel has reasonable food options and is accesssible to the strip right across the street from the Mirage. You couldn't find the hotel parking area. Need better signs or directions to get to the parking lot.
Location is perfect. Room was clean. Cleaning Lady didn't steal, did a great job. Ladies walking the Casino floor were VERY helpful and fun, directing me to the fun games and being enjoyable to speak with. Broke the toilet handle, couldn't flush without some work. Broke the shower handle, couldn't turn off the water without lots of struggle. Casino is aged. Construction. Lady working the lobby was not easy to speak with, not really a fun person, you could tell she was tired of being there.

Lobby hasn't been updated in years but rooms are comfortable and clean. Walk to rooms is much better then larger hotels. Could use a update on gaming and food area. Color scheme has been same for years.
