Pros:

Enterprise always has great customer service and they make pick-up and return fast and easy. They are my preferred car rental agency.

Cons:

Due to demand, the prices of rental cars are high right now. Enterprise was on par with other companies but my wallet still felt the hit.

Supplier choice

I received a damage report for damage that I was not responsible for. The customer service rep rushed off the phone and transferred me after I asked her not to. Horrendous experience and I won't be using Avis again.
