I love that my reserved vehicle wasn't given away! I needed a 15 passenger van for a wedding and it was there! I also loved the pre-register email because it allowed me to give all of my information and credit card before arriving. All I had to do was present my driver's license and I was all set! The car itself was fine, when we got in to get our car it was 1am. The customer service took an hour to just get our car with only 3 people in line. There were 3 to 4 employees and only one was at a desk taking people. It was super frustrating as no one seemed eager to move things along.
