Pros:The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The ridiculous part was how long it took to get to the counter to check in. Waited almost an hour. Only one agent at the rental desk. It's obvious Payless is heavily subscribed. why not get more people in place to service your clients?Cons:The wait to get the car was interminable! After a long flight the last thing you want to do is stand in line with hundreds of people around you in the midst of a pandemic. Step it up Payless/Avis! Returning the car was very easy!
