The car has low tyre pressure and not enough coolant! I had to fill it by myself. This is super dangerous for driving in the desert.Reviewed Aug 23 2026

When picking up the vehicle, the line moved incredibly slowly. The gentleman was great and took care of four guests in the time the two other ladies were still with the same customer. The car was of lower class and category than I booked. Although it was clean and new, the driving quality was poor.Reviewed Jun 26 2026

Car rental was a bait and switch. Get to the counter and find out that somewhere in the fine print we had selected an electric vehicle. It was $20/day extra to get a gas vehicle. We had selected a Toyota Corolla or equivalent which is what we ended up with for more money. Don't remember ever seeing an all electric Toyota Corolla. Very deceptive.Reviewed Oct 19 2025

Full size truck at normal rental price. A+ Getting a speeding ticket for your Nevada vehicle having cali plates. F I was in lane 2 driving EXACTLY with traffic in a “construction zone” Nevada trying to get out of state revenue and I’m caught in the middle with your rental. 68mph in a 55 freeway. Ticket 3x rental cost. Local plates should be on your rentals for THIS reason. I don’t care about your tax or businessReviewed Jul 5 2025

The vehicle that was chosen online was not the vehicle they had available. The windshield wipers were dry rotted and the A/C didn’t cool not cool properly. Also I was able to book the reservation using my debit card, but was told a credit card had to be used upon arrivalReviewed Jul 3 2025
