Had to walk some distance to their facility. (It wasn't located at the airport rental car facility.) Then, I had to spend too long looking for someone to help me get the car. Pros:Good value; cheapest van rental available by a considerable amount.Cons:Van had not been cleaned very well at all when we picked it up. The inside windshield was so dirty it was hard to see thru it when the sun lite hit it. There was melted chocolate in the luggage compartment. Pros:The staff was helpfulCons:My issues weren't with the rental place. My issue was with Kayak. I reserved a vehicle. I wanted a minivan. Everything I saw on the Kayak site looked and sounded like a minivan. I ended up renting a 12 passenger van. That's crazy! I had to get another car last minute. Pros:It was an available van at a decent price.Cons:Little disappointed with the $200 security deposit that they charge you at pick up, but then when you drop the van off they tell you that the security deposit that they charged to your card will not be refunded for up to 5-7 business days.Reviewed Nov 8 2019
