Waited in line for 90 minutes to pick up my prepaid rental car and when I reached the counter, I was told it would be another 2 hour wait because there were no cars available. I missed my ticketed event.Reviewed May 22 2023

The wait for pickup was long. Nearly an hour. Return was super efficient, but once we dropped the vehicle and were heading for the shuttle we noticed the pickup line was even longer than we had experienced.Reviewed May 21 2023

There was a two hour delay in picking up our car. We had to wait in the underground parking lot with no seats, and no water in the heat and when the car finally arrived, it was dirty and not cleaned. There was two separate lines. They were not going in order of reservation was first and last it was whoever was standing in line waste of time waste of money.Reviewed May 16 2023

The ride of the car was nice, Check in was easy. The car was dirty inside and out. The Dirt and trash in the car, smelled of smoke, windows incredibly oxidized. The only other similar car on the lot was even worse, but we had to get a car, so this was it.Reviewed May 15 2023

I flew in in a Friday afternoon in Las Vegas was busy. Long lines at every car rental counter but the agents at Dollar got us through surprisingly quick. When I got to the counter the agent apologized for the wait and I got upgraded. Not bad for 10 minute wait. Thanks guysReviewed May 9 2023

There was a 45 min wait at the counter to get the car and a two hour wait in line to pick up the car. Like everyone else there, we had made on-line reservations and like us many had pre-paid. This is a bad way to begin a vacation after a long flight. As we left the line waiting for cars had tripled in size. Staff were all friendly and efficient, there just weren't enough vehicles for the reservations they had accepted.Reviewed May 7 2023

After driving our car for 3 days, we left a parking lot and the bottom dropped out. Thank god we weren’t on a highway. Bolts were missing from where they should’ve been. Horrible service on the phone trying to figure out what to do next. Wanted us to drive broken car 2 hrs to an airport. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never never rent from Dollar again. Finally got a replacement vehicle and this one rattled and smelled like cigarettes and marajuana.Reviewed Apr 16 2023

Pick up took me 2 hours to get my car and yet I rented a 7 seater but got smaller suv . Service and workers didn’t have urgency. Dropping off was a lot better. Time is very important when you’re on vacation.Reviewed Apr 8 2023

Pick up was great at the counter, very friendly. The staff when we went to get the SUV that we paid for there wasn’t one ready so tried to give us a Van. We said we would wait since a van was cheaper to rent and wouldn’t refund the money. The suv when we got it was filthy on the inside. There was still garbage from the previous driver. And didn’t look like anything was wiped down inside the suv. The drop off was easy at Phoenix.Reviewed Apr 7 2023
