I paid for a mid-size SUV, they told me I was getting a mid-size SUV, and in the garage they had a Toyota Corolla Cross waiting which is a small or extra small SUV depending on where you look. It was definitely smaller than what I reserved and thought I paid for, but I did not have the time to go argue the point. It was clean, but I was rented less than what I reserved. The line to pickup vehicle was ridiculously long and slow. It took approximately two hours waiting in line to pick up a car. The attendant was very nice and professional. It obviously was not his fault, but Budget must do a better job with staffing and expanding their Fastbreak self pickup service to improve. Our reservation was placed 6 months prior to the actual use and the vehicle chosen at the time of the reservation was not available. Not only was that frustrating but it took approximately 45 minutes to get a replacement vehicle.
