Cons: Price was higher than promised. Gave me a car with a bad tire, had to return and trade it in.

They get you with all the extra taxes and fees

Good car, friendly staff and great prices!
Pros: Car was good, we requeted an upgrade upon arrival and they were able to accomodate it for a small fee. Travel to anf from the airport was fast.

Pros: The guy who finally gave me my car after 2 hours, was very kind to point me towards where I needed to go.
Cons: I got to the car rental office at 7:30 pm after 20 hours of traveling. There was one perso being helped at the counter and one person in front of me. There was only one attendant at the counter. I waited in the line until 9:05 to be helped. By that time there were over 15 people behind me waiting to be helped. People were getting really upset and would have left but there was no way to leave! Also the quote I was given for. 3 day rental, with all the fees and tax included, or so it said, ended up being 3 times more. I rent cars all over the US and other countries. This was the worst ever. Returning the car was another nightmare. I have to say though, they were very cordial.

Dirty and smelly
Cons: First, the pick up driver had regeton music in a high volume and drived in a reckless way cause he was playing with the radio. And the drop off driver, drop us at the airport far away from the entrance because it was convenient for him, so we didn't give him no tip. The car was dirty and smelled really bad. The rental facilities are very difficult to park, very narrow and small. And when in rush, nobody answers the phone.

Pros: Had a car in pr
Cons: Aside from long transaction times, My final price wound up being $110 more than my reservation quoted. Great job kayak.

Terrible company, don't waste your time
Cons: When we got there, only one person was working so we waited 30 minutes just to get to the counter (line didn't look that long). The lady in front of us started yelling because he charged her more than he was supposed to. Then he did the same to me. My rental ended up costing twice as much as it was supposed to. We said forget it and walked to the company next door. They honored our original price

Pros: everything was okay
Cons: i went and they gave another price different that what i had. and the person in front of me had the same issue wich it look to me that one of the company weather is you or the other is making that on porpose, better learn from wells fargo scandal and their opening account with costumer knowledge, cause thats what it look to me that you are doing, quoting one price and when you got there you dont have any other option but to get the car at a different price

Not the same numbers quoted on Kayak
Pros: Clean car, convenient location next to Bebo's. Friendly service
Cons: Deceptive pricing. Paid for car damage I did not (knowingly) do. Be very thorough in initial inspection. Quote said $1.85 per day, it was actually $7.40. Tax and fee estimate was a bit off. A $5 charge for AutoExpress Tag is excessive.

Smooth rental experience
Pros: Drop off was easy. Price was good.
Cons: It was the first time I needed my insurance card in hand and to supply the policy number. Car was all scraped up but after driving around Puerto Rico I understand why!

Never use this again
Cons: Overcharged me by $100.00 on my reserved car. The car had a bad tire and got a flat. The headlights didn't work and lastly the brakes failed on the way back to San Juan on the highway.

SUV seats were dirty.
Pros: Everything except for dirty seats inside SUV.
Cons: SUV dirty seats.

Pros: Staff was friendly, airport shuttle picked us up quickly to go to the car rental which is very close by.
Cons: Online our car rental came to about $46 and we paid insurance separately, but once there after so many fees the total came to over $100. We had to pay a toll fee, because they said tolls could not be paid in cash, this is a lie. Also you only need this if you are going outside the metro area, we rented the car for 3 days and said we would only need tolls for one, and they said this was not possible, it was for the total of days or not at all.

You Get What You Pay For
Pros: Price - The price was great but honestly would have paid double to get better service at a more reliable provider in terminal.
Cons: 1) Speed of service (or lack of) - It takes 20 to 30 min to check out each person that comes to the counter. If you arrive and there's a line prepare to be there for a few hours. 2) Quality of vehicles - Prepare to get a vehicle that is dented, scratched, and dirty inside. The vehicle we rented was a 2016 and it showed more like a 2010. 3) Shuttle service - A shuttle may come every 30 minutes if you're lucky. 4) Facility - Small, cramped, falling apart.

NO, DON'T DO IT!!!
Pros: I did NOT like anything about Payless.
Cons: Payless is very disorganized, and missed managed. It resembled a junk car lot. Be prepared to wait in lines over one hour, and give yourself two hours to complete to return process and have them get you back to the airport. IT’S NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.
