Long wait for pick up and claims damage
Pros: Staff nice, car clean
Cons: Wait was about 45min, lost keys but they made us wait for a tow truck who didn't speak English, no reason for us to be there and we were trying to catch our flight, then they claimed damage when there wasn't. Drive car from 1 day. Instead of bringing spate keys they towed it. Really?

No car from Hertz available at location when I arr
Cons: I arrived at the location to pick up my Hertz rental and unfortunately they didn't even have a Hertz vehicle for me even though I was emailed confirmation. So I paid the $9 for insurance through Hertz and had to use another company at the airport. Initially I was very disappointed however thankfully another company was able to fulfill our request for a cheaper price.

Pros: gas mileage
Cons: I reserved a full size car (fusion or sonata) and ended up with chevy Malibu--very difficult for parents to get in and out of car. I had to wait over an hour to get my rental which I reserved well in advance. I then was directed to a parking lot where the hertz representative had no idea what or where my car was. Finally, they brought my car around and it was disgusting. The outside had so many dents and scraps I was afraid to drive it off the lot. Then the inside was equally as bad--smell, stained interior etc. This is the first time using Hertz and I will NOT use or advise any one to rent with Hertz. The previous three years I used enterprise at this location with MUCH better results.

Pros: very happy with the car & drop off service
Cons: was a bit of a line & getting the car took a while but it was a Friday afternoon, they should have had 1 or 2 more customer service reps also they charge a daily fee of $4.95 for tolls, i had the car for 5 days went through tolls only 2 days but charge for days you don't use tolls and Hertz won't let you opt out and pay cash at the toll
