Pros (+) 10-20 minute drive to downtown Austin, depending on time of day, very nice staff, easy access to restaurants, airport.
Cons (-) Uneven selection of breakfast items (they ran out of bread, yogurt and other dishes for several days), bed not too comfortable. Road noise.

Pros (+) Every but the breakfast was great. Nice clean hotel, no smoking. It was very relaxing.
Cons (-) The breakfast was not great.

Good
William, Feb 2017 - Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin South
Pros (+) The staff were polite, courteous, and helpful. The complementary breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The hotel periodically smelled like pot and the closet hardware was falling off the wall. We were in town for a wedding and guests were spread across several hotels in the same parking lot (all Marriott properties). When we visited friends at the other hotels, it became quite clear that we had made the wrong choice of hotel.

Anonymous, Dec 2016 - Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin Northwest/The Domain Area
Pros (+) Very clean, great staff. "Executive Suite" shockingly roomy. Tons of outlets everywhere to charge all your things.
Cons (-) The "train side" is extremely noisy with many very loud trains going by late into the night and early morning. If you are a light sleeper you will hear each one. Overall look is pretty dated. Breakfast was pretty basic and processed. Fitness room is just a couple machines, pool in not very private parking lot, no hot tub.

Anonymous, Sep 2016 - Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge
Pros (+) Very clean, new and the staff was more than nice and helpful. I will stay here again
Cons (-) The room was very tight. The end tables and the king size bed made the entire width of the room.
