Room was clean enough and the staff was friendly. The WiFi was not free as advertised and they wanted $14/day for basic internet in the room. Not their fault but the cell signal was also hard to get in the room.

Pros (+) We loved everything from the beautiful decor & showers in the rooms, to the delicious breakfast buffet, the trendy rooftop bar overlooking the skyline and last but not least the amazing pool deck and recreational area. I loved it so much that I signed up for the Accor loyalty program!

Pros (+) Staff was what you would expect at a high end hotel. Bed was a 10.
Cons (-) They did not charge for the use of the elevator. Wifi and parking were by the day so an overnight stay resulted in 2 days of charges. Total $60. Not the smartest way to build your brand.

Pros (+) Super clean, bed was cozy. Staff was very professional and friendly. Room service gifted us milk and cookies for our anniversary and valet wiped my car down. This was our third time staying at Fairmont. We will continue to visit.
Cons (-) Menu is very limited for vegan options.
