Do not eat at the restaurant. Our server did not bring us the what we ordered. Our room had a coffee maker, but no cups! The shower looked updated, but, you could only get the water to come out full heat or cold…They charge for parking. Not worth the price.

Michael, Jul 2021 - Hilton Austin
I was dissatisfied with the lack of a place to obtain necessities such as water and aspirin, and I was upset that it was not safe to walk in the streets surrounding the hotel without dealing with persistent, including one who followed us for several blocks. I will not stay here again.

Wonderful
Michael, Nov 2016 - Hilton Austin
Pros (+) I just stayed in a hotel in California that was in need of updates. Once I stayed here in Austin, I felt like I had a pretty good handle on what was missing in that last hotel. The appointments were very modern, and there were USB ports everywhere. The lighting was all intelligently integrated, with functions that turned every light on from the door way, or just the entry, or a night light in the ...
Cons (-) The lobby was under construction, but that's not really a big deal. I'm assuming that most facilities have to look like that if they are going to modernize.
