BryanKim, Nov 2022 - Best Western Plus Executive Residency Austin - Round Rock
The hotel is nice and in a convenient location. However, it took a long time to get checked in. This was in part due to the "check in" staff's slow response and use of their cell phone during the process.

K., Aug 2020 - Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites
Pros (+) The king suite room was large, comfortable, and very clean. Great customer service and modern amenities. I liked the high ceilings, good air conditioning, and crown molding. The smart TV with access to Youtube and ability to log into Netflix was a great bonus.
Cons (-) Although Riverside Dr has improved in the recent years, it is not a neighborhood that you want to go for a jog in. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Anonymous, Aug 2016 - Best Western Plus Austin Central
Pros (+) helpful staff
Cons (-) Renovation work made accessing the front desk and the breakfast room less convenient. The lack of a microwave and refrigerator in my room was disappointing. I assume that it was related to the renovation as well.
