Room was subpar, no phone in the room. Facilities were nice, check in individual was not a good service provider and rude but the rest of the team was great.

I got a really good deal on this hotel (about $130 per night) and this hotel is really nice for that price point. The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and lots of the things that make Austin great. The only negative is parking is expensive, but to be fair, parking is expensive everywhere in this part of town. My family and I really enjoy the free breakfast.

Pros (+) Location is excellent
Cons (-) The room was very dirty. The rooms are very old. The hotel needs an upgrade.

Pros (+) The hotel was great that we had breakfast every morning, helps alot when traveling with kids
Cons (-) I had a leak in the bathroom which was fixed but continued and there was trash left by other people outside my room, which did not get picked up by any of the plenty staff the 4 days we were there.

Pros (+) The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Unexpected and bogus “self parking” charge of $35/night and security deposit of $40 at check-in. This should be disclosed upon hotel selection.

Pros (+) The breakfast was great. Amount of space in the rooms were also great. Furniture was a bit dated though.
Cons (-) The staff was nice, but not good on security. Friends that arrived late were able to get a room key without any confirmation from directly to the staff. That was a bit concerning.

Pros (+) I liked how close it was to 6th street and the shuttle van that was able to take us for free. Also the drinks and snacks the hotel had for the guest.
Cons (-) I didnt like that the courtyard wasnt open and under contstruction

Pros (+) I was impressed with the gentleman Marrow, he was very polite, and enjoys his job. He was dispatched to take us downtown to 6th street. I would definitely give him 5 stars. The staff was friendly. Very outgoing. Great experience.
Cons (-) The literature on the hotel was misleading. We were there on Valentine's day, and the information we read was that breakfast would be served until 10:30, since it was presidents day, but it was closed down at 9 am. A little hungry the next morning.

Pros (+) Great place for my child's 21st birthday party!
Cons (-) Temperature of room...needed ability to make room cooler and less stuffy.
