The hotel is so nice, everything is new and super clean. Rooms don’t have fridges and wifi is extra - those were the only negatives. Valet parking is expensive but that’s standard staying downtown. Comfortable beds, really nice showers. Would love to stay here again.

Pros (+) This was a business meeting where I was hosting a reception for a large group. When I arrived and gave them my name - the staff treated me like royalty! Like I was some type of VIP. I was great. They even helped us with a room for the reception.

Pros (+) I love the scent at the lobby. It smells refreshing and relaxing. Please let me know if you sell the product you use to produce that scent. The staff from every group were very nice.
Cons (-) I did not like the parking garage. It is a bit dark.
