The car was good and the customer service in the terminal was good. However the exit only had one person staffed and took 30 minutes to exit. They didn't add this onto my rental time, and then billed me an extra hour for returning late.Reviewed Dec 1 2024

This was a terrible experience, thrifty charged me for the rental for $1300 that I paid for through kayak and we got that refunded and now after returning the car yesterday I check my account this morning and they have charged me $862.Reviewed Apr 1 2024

Cons:Had to wait 30 minutes in line. The clerk looked for my reservation on Hertz instead of Thrifty. The did t tell me the car was in the Hertz parking lot instead of Thrifty. Will never rent with them again.Reviewed Apr 18 2021

Pros:The Hyundai Tucson was very clean and comfortableCons:My flight was delayed and the Thrifty rental counter closed before I arrived. No local or manager number to call. I was stranded at the airport late at night. I had to use alternate transportation that night and return to the airport to pick up the rental car the next morning. Then, Thrifty refused to modify my rental contract for the adjusted period of time. So I was stranded without a car and paid for a day I did not use. I filed a complaint but no acknowledgement or resolution.Reviewed Jul 8 2020
