|Standard station wagon||$53/day|
Cons: No one was manning the exit area to leave. Same for car return. The button on key fob for the trunk did not work.
Pros: very slow due to understaffing. Took 10-12 minutes to process each customer and there was only one sales person.
Cons: Car provided was a VW. Very poor driver ergonomics for a rental car. Door lock mechanism which also served as gas door opener was damaged and missing. Could NOT refill gasoline for car. Will REFUSE to rent another VW again.
Pros: Efficiency of car rental process.
Cons: Walking a longer distance to get the car, but this was not bad either.
Pros: Drop off was easy. Staff very friendly. Overall I had a great experience.
Cons: I believe that i dropped my drivers license in the car that i was driving and have been trying to talk to someone to see if it is in the lost and found and have found that your customer service in that department is inadequate.
Pros: Professional, knowledgeable staff.
Cons: Didn’t have car I ordered. Wanted a economy car, had to take full size. I prefer a smaller car- more fun to drive and better fuel mileage
Pros: The first agent we dealt with was very nice and tried to help us when we unexcptably found out about a $350 charge that would occur.
Cons: The manager was rude and didn’t want to help out at all. Was like here is where it says you could get charged up to $350. kept saying it was a deposit but it was an authorization fee given by the credit card company. He didn’t want to help us at all and seemed put out when we asked about it. Then when we were leaving with the car the agent at the checkout booth lied to us about gas prices just to get us to buy gas from them. I understand meeting a quota but there was no need to lie about gas prices. She informed us that gas around this area is all over $3 and they had the lowest priced gas at $2.62. We declined saying we wouldn’t driving that much and we found gas for $2.45 less than 5 miles away where we were staying.
Dollar - Indy
Pros: Great staff and clean car with fairly low miles.
Cons: We had to wait about an hour for a car.
Pros: Everything went smoothly with drop-off.
Cons: I reserved a car for my father and the total was $169 and by the time He left the airport it was $530 with all the extra fees!! He had a small car from Friday afternoon to early Monday morning. Thanks Dollar for taking advantage of my 74 year old father! We will never use Dollar again!!
Pros: Lots of leg room in front.
Cons: Car had smell of cigarettes, was scuffed and scratched all down passenger side. Hard to get in and out of back seat.
Waited over 80 minutes for a rental car
Pros: Nice car that was comfortable and clean
Cons: The wait was horrendous. No cars were available. How does this happen.
Pros: Excellent value
Cons: Upon return could not print receipt at drop off site
