Pros: The wi-fi entertainment was good

Cons: Unfriendly crew. Broken seat back, would not recline. Made crew aware and was basically told to deal with it. Delayed twice on my return lay over. Not a good experience overall.

Pros: Smooth and plenty of juice and soda.

Cons: I've never really felt cramped on a plane before this trip but maybe I'm fatter?

Cons: The flight was 90 min late. Boarding was pretty much a cluster as they tried to get an overbooked flight boarded in 25min to meet a reignited runway time

Cons: I am not crazy about this plane. I had flat beds, but the ones that face each other in an awkwardly intimate way. Also miss the places to store the things I might need/want on the flight. All I had was the little drawer.

Cons: Chicago to Venice flight was amazing. We were in premium economy, although the seats were larger it was hard to sleep in them, we all felt it needed some back support in order to sleep better. Crew was fantastic, would fly AA again internationally

Pros: Delta, as always, comes through! Although my original flight was delayed, Delta provided the option to rebook on another DL flight at no additional cost. They made it super easy! As always, the crew was friendly, helpful and professional! Thanks!

Pros: United Airlines culturally has a very big issue. The crews are not friendly and the seating is awful.

Pros: Crew did their job. Strictly that. So I can’t say it was bad service or anything like that.

Cons: Never have I ever traveled with frontier and had so many flight adjustments... felt like the plane ticket wasn’t worth what I bought for and it ruined a lot of my plans during my stay. I ended up losing $120 dollars due to missing a concert.

Cons: My flight was canceled because of the hurricane in Houston which was completely understandable. Trying to rebook a flight was one of the worst experiences I've had on the phone. Over 2 hours on hold only for United to tell me to call back inside 24 hours of my requested departure (which was about 12 hours outside of the time I called). Bad customer service all around, both Kayak and United.

Cons: The WiFI did not work the whole flight.

Cons: We need to stop turbulence, it freak me out.

Pros: NOTHING!!!

Cons: Flat rate my dying rear!! You are charged out the hind end for everything from CARRY ON baggage to getting your seat including for heaven sake, water on the aircraft. Flight attendants don't even notice you unless you have a debit or credit card at the ready! If I were offered a free flight, I would transfer it to Southwest!!! After all was said and done, this flight cost more than a first class flight on a different airline! At least with them you know what you are getting for your money up front

Cons: 1. The flight was cancelled but no email or text was sent out. 2. There were no accommodations for the inconvenience and although the agent did his best to diffuse the already high emotions from he was unable to offer better options to appease the customers 3. The only option I was given was to travel over 2 hours to another airport again there was no accommodations provided 4. On the flight the seats are too close and they did not recline; my flight was little over 3 hours and I was so ready to get off the plane 5. Flight attendants were not approachable 6. Fees that are added after purchasing ticket: Seat, fast pass 7. Lack of confidence in the airline

Cons: Wanted to change my ticket from Sunday to Monday and had to actually wind up buying another ticket was cheaper too purchase a new ticket then it was to change my reservation for one day.

Cons: Nowhere did it say I had to pay for an assigned seat or pay for a carry on! I undestand paying for food/snacks but who doesn't give out free glasses of water?! Not having a mobile boarding pass was a pain too.... not until I made it to the front of the security line did I find out I had to have a paper copy! Whatever money I saved with them I lost by paying for my baggage. never again!

Cons: American Airlines cancelled this flight and then sent one of my two checked luggages to another flight to Newark from Chicago O'Hare and didn't even think to put me and the luggage I left behind on said flight? Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight.

Cons: I believed and considered it a rip off having to check 3 other bags that weight less than 20 pounds at the chk in and charged me $50 each . I only had to chk in a big luggage that weigh 45 pounds and paid $55.00 going to Houston Texas then to sandiago California. How is it that i was able to carry on my other three small luggages (one per person.....a total of three people ) to then charge me .....$211.00 coming from sandiego back home? The gentle man who chked all my bags said " I got lucky at the begining of my trip !!.....WHAT IS GOING ON ? ....I have been flying spirit for over 20 years and i have NEVER encounted such horrable service that alone charged a ridiculously price for my small luggages. .....I will never fly spirit airline AGAIN .......

Pros: My flight from San Diego to Houston, TX was Awesome minus the seats, couldn't get comfortable! I'm tall, so my knees were pressed against the seat in front of me. That's really my only complaint! Oh my bad, I forgot to add the ticket counter..the ticket doesn't open until 5:45 so as a result of that, the line was super long! Free bags and head of the line privileges(Military), quick cheap flight from San Diego to Houston at the last minute=winning! If Spirit continue to improve their airline and I can get an exit row, I will be taking this flight more often!

Cons: Long lines, due to Spirit opening less than two hours(5:45) before their morning flight( it builds anxiety of missing the flight), you pay for refreshments, and the lack of comfort because of the seats being too close!

Cons: Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all.

Cons: If you are over 5'4" tall, you are going to be uncomfortable in those seats....if you weigh more than 160lbs, you're going to be very uncomfortable. Then, add in 2 obese passengers on the same row, and who do you think winds up with 1/2 a seat? The little guy who still weighs 160 lbs.

Pros: When we went to the ticket counter to drop off our check bag, we learned there was a mistake with our tickets and we had only paid for the check bag on one leg of the round trip flight. Jack saved the day and got us fixed up without charging any penalty fees.

Pros: All I had was cash, and the onboard snacks/drinks are card only.

Cons: The flight was delayed 3.5 hrs and there was minimal information given to us as customers. The on flight crew was pretty quiet and it just seemed like we weren't valued as folks that spent good money on your flight. It was also turbulent intermittently.

Cons: Alaska needs to work more with their terminals to make sure their customers are getting what they need. JFK does not have TSA precheck or priority boarding, but Alaska does not tell you that beforehand. That's important!! Alaska gave me a lot of attitude about changing my flight, so I couldn't.

Pros: The fact that movies were available in a domestic flight and the variety of movies.

Cons: Did not like being bumped to a flight with a five hour layover in SLC. Travel day was already very long. We booked the flight originally based on the shorter layover of an hour and a half. Seemed very inconsiderate.

Pros: The crew was extremely rude. They did not come to collect trash and so all passengers were left holding their coffee/ tea: beverages during bumpy landing.

Cons: Attendants were rude. I didnt understand why. Also, I purchased a window seat but there was no window in my row. I spent the majority of the flight feeling ill.

Pros: Shortened flight was unexpected & appreciated. Not sure if I lost some weight or united finally lengthened safety belts but I didn't need extension this trip.

Cons: Feel like I got conned & ripped off over set upgrade at the checkin kyiosk. Offered an economy upgrade for $79 which actually was $94. I selected seat by window that had no other passengers listed in the seating aisle but somehow in the short period of time I upgrade & walked to gate a middle eastern family with 4 kids, none over 4yrs of age happen to book the seats in my aisle. It was not comfortable & definitely not an upgrade worthy of the xtra $ having kids kicking my chair, yelling, & crying majority of the trip. Had an extreme migraine when finally landed in Houston.

Cons: Board planes from the back to front to avoid aisle congestion while boarding.
