Boarding went smoothly and people got settled onto the plane quickly. They don't mess around with boarding.

I hate that every little thing has a fee, and that if you pay for some upgrades you get things that they'd otherwise charge for. For example, if you pay for a carry-on, you are automatically in the first boarding group (so you don't need to pay $6 for expedited boarding if that's your thing).

The entertainment system crashed three times and had to be rebooted which cause you to start everything over. When I use the Wi-Fi for the Amazon prime option it was very spotty and had to reload quite a bit during the flight from JFK to LAX. They are by Miss clean the staff was good but the entertainment system and the movie choices were very old and not really very interesting.

After 3 kiosks said put pf service and the lines were packed, when I asked for help again the jet blue advocate said “I can’t help you, you just missed the flight

I missed flight had to call customer service and pay even More money to get to my destination. I’ve been a very loyal jet blue customer both domestic and international and this quite frankly putna bad taste in my mouth

Everything about the flight was great. Both going and return were so on time, it was amazing. On the way home the in flight entertainment was out for the duration of the flight and nobody in the crew really took the time to address it - thought that was a little odd. Thanks again!

Boarding was quick

The flight attendants were almost never around. Beverages were only offered once and then one additional time for water only. The seats are beyond uncomfortable with a laughable amount of leg room. You needed to pay for the entertainment including the flight map! Nothing was provided (pillows, blankets) even though it was a red-eye, international flight. United has been the worst airline I have been on and I will stay away for future flights.

Asian chicken with slaw entree as good.

Hummus and crackers snack for $4 was not good. UA move to pay for food only is disappointing; information about the change not detailed in ticket information, so it came as a surprise. Switch to pay per view TV is pretty outrageous, especially when priced at cost of HDTV ($6). Unless you are using 42" L+W+D suitcases, the changes in luggage policy now force you to pay $25 per suitcase on an international flight. What, they expect you to travel abroad with only 2-3 changes of clothes? The price of the ticket was reasonable ($500), but you end up adding another $100 in luggage and food costs per person.

Crew were very nice.

Poor food for vegetarians. Also the overhead space was not locked properly. Suddenly, it opened and my carry on fell out. Luckily, it didn’t hit my husband who had the aisle seat or anyone else. However, I am upset because my laptop was inside this and may be damaged now.

The only decent point was the food. Not great but at least edible.

Since check in in São Paulo was a complete chaos. There were only 2 people helping on check in (in machines) and these people were still not helping people (like me) with questions about on how to do check in in those machines. On the other hand to dispatch the bags there were almost 8 attendants to receive the bags. Ridiculous! I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!

This flight was miserable. Seriously, one of the worst flight experiences I've ever had. The leg room was absurdly small. I'm not a tall person and I only had one inch in front of my legs. When the guy in front of me put his seat back it pressed into my knees. There wasn't enough space to bend down and untie my shoes, let alone get something out of my bag. My shoulder and knee were touching the guy next to me (a complete stranger) for the entire flight and there was nothing I could do about it. This was a red-eye but I absolutely could not sleep because it was so uncomfortable, so when we landed I had a terrible migraine and was nauseous and disoriented going through customs. I actually had to sit down in the airport because I though I was gonna pass out while trying to carry my bag, that's how shitty I felt after this flight. On top of that, not being able to sleep on the flight really messed up my sleep schedule and so jet lag from the time change has been made even worse, so I'm completely out of whack and its so much worse that it otherwise would have been because of the horrible flight. Also the food was gross and there wasn't enough of it. Even now, I don't think I have really communicated just how shitty this flight was. I was actually angry when I saw my seat upon boarding, and I'm still angry about it now.

The flight attendants were pleasant and courteous

The boarding was delayed and the boarding area was crowded, Boarding was delayed due to high number of wheelchair passengers. I was seated in an Even More Space seat, yet was placed beside a woman who was obviously suffering from some degenerative condition, and was slumped over towards my seat. The result was that I was uncomfortable the whole way back to Kingston.

I missed the flight as my first flight got delayed. When I got to the gate there was no Turkishairlines representative. 12 hours after the flight still at airport without any clear answer from Turkish airways.

Zero costumer service. Knowing that I might miss my first leg I checked the possible next flights and even though there are two flights next day, the prices tripled in 2 hour (from 1300 to 3900 USD). When I asked for rebook I was told that there is no available seat in any of those two flights. Did a quick search and found out there are seats but are left to milk desperate passengers.
