Cons:Had booked car for date at 7pm. Since we picked up car at 829pm, the paper showed that information. We asked the man at counter about when we need to return. He said it's 24 hours so that it will be 829pm. When we pick up the car and asked the lady at the pickup counter she said that it was what was printed and that it was 7pm return. We mentioned how the man had explained about 24 hours but she again said that what was written was that 7pm pick up time that was the one they look for and that ii need to go back and change that information. So we did went back and that man then said he will take care of us and the lady later. He reprint the form with the new pickup time as 829pm. So if we did not go back for the change and had return Ed the car after 8pm, will we be charged extra?.Reviewed Jan 4 2020

Pros:No lines and waited for just a little bit while the line next to their counter was really long just another well know car renta center. So I was fortunate and in a hurry.Cons:Overall experience was excellent. I will use again next time.Reviewed May 5 2019

Pros:That I got to extend my rental without waiting in a line for 30 minutesCons:Honestly your wait time in line is ridiculous you lost a lot of customers this weekend, having a reservation doesn’t work at all because you get there and get told it’s 40 to an hour wait to get your vehicle.Reviewed Apr 22 2019

Pros:Nothing.Cons:I rented from E-Z online and they said to go over to the sister company Advantage booth. Then the attendant tells me if I don’t get the $25 per day insurance that I would be responsible for the damages to the vehicle including any time that the vehicle was out getting repaired and not rented.Reviewed Mar 3 2019

Pros:Car was overall clean.Cons:The counter was not manned in LAS when I went to pick up the car. A sign was posted stating to go to Advantage which made us wait almost an hour because there were only two workers at the counter.
