Be cautious regarding deceptive charges
Pros: Car was clean and nice
Cons: originally booked for 10 days. When at the airport counter to pick up the vehicle, I explained, plans had changed, and would only need it 5 days. I told the agent, I could cancel the reservation and open a new one. The agent said not to worry, that I could get a refund for the time not used, when I return the vehicle. When I returned the car, a new agent told me that it was not company policy to give refunds at the counter. Corporate would look into it, needing 2 weeks to get back to me on their discussion. Waiting 2 weeks, I made several calls with no results. However, eventually, a credit was issued to my credit card... Corporate never did contact me.

So so SO HELPFUL!!
Pros: The staff was so nice and helpful to me. I spend most time at the Palm Springs location and the desk staff was so friendly and efficient, it made our vacation very easy.

Always a good experience with hertz at PSP
Pros: Pickup and drop off are a breeze. Staff at the airport counter are great. Selection of cars is good.
Cons: I don't like the insurance upsells. I know they have to offer, but it gets exhausting. The staff are cool about it though! No real pressure.

Pros: Having a car in Palm Springs for the week we were there.
Cons: Right-hand passenger mirror was inoperative.
