Cons: I stood in line for 5 minutes while there were 3 reps at the front (one helping a customer). The reps saw me walking up and standing there. Not one rep acknowledged me or even said "hi, we'll be with you in a moment" & I was the ONLY one in line only to be informed I wasn't able to rent a car, even though I already had one reserved! You're customer service sucks! Never will I ever reserve a car, not even in a time of despArate need.

Cons: Office was closed when I arrived to pick up car at around 3pm on sunday. So were all nearby Avis offices. Had to cancel and use Uber instead.

Terrible service/ cost me way more money
Cons: Wouldn't rent me the car. Even with my credit card. Left me stranded in Kansas City. The enterprise had no cars to rent. I had to rent a uhaul van and it cost me $400. Not including the Uber's I had to take to go to other Avis locations when they gave me the run around. Hands downs the worst customer service I've expirienced. Not to mention my trip costing tons more money.

Pros: Not too much about your setup
Cons: Being charged 90 dollars for being 40 min late..you guys are all the same, love to rip people off
