Helpful staff, great location Rooftop pool/bar was noisy late at night; would have liked to have known about it in advance
Even under construction, the Revere is a wonderful place to stay. Easy walking distance to Boston Common, Chinatown and the Theater District. The staff were wonderful. Especially Richard Pettiglio, the Concierge, who went well out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional. My ONLY dislikes were: way too little counter space in the bathroom, and that construction shut down half of the elevators during the peak checkout time. Folks with luggage were waiting for > 20 minutes for room in an elevator. The front desk staff did their best, however were definitely understaffed to handle the checkout volume.
Nice lobby, but this hotel needs a major amount of work! Problems: 1) TVs are analog, which means there is no resolution at all. Very blurry. Like 1998 TVs. Shocking at a so-called 4-star hotel. 2) Air conditioners that are so loud it sounded like we had a 747 revving outside our room. We couldn't adjust the AC except to two temperatures: 68 and 74. 3) No mirror in the room. 4) No refrigerator or mini-bar in the room. 5) No blow dryer. 6) Waited 15 minutes for an elevator, then couldn't get on it was so crowded. 7) Rude, arrogant staff except for Serena, and the day GM, who tried to help but wasn't around to do much until it was too late. Don't stay here. There is so much better around!
Clean and comfortable I did not like that, $300 was held on my credit card for "incidentals" without any notice of this policy. Bad business!!!!!
I liked the comfort of the bed and the view of the city. I did not like the staff. Bad customer service and do not know how to handle problems in a professional manner. Need more ppl working the front desk, there was a wait to check in.
We could not use the outdoor area due to an event and we were not informed until we got there
Nice hotel-good location - clean rooms and white bedding, which I love Valet parking is over $50/night which seems way high
The employees were excellent and the room super nice and very clean The only thing that was a little tough was being in the room next to the elevator cause we could hear it always
Location is ideal! You can easily walk to all the major attractions in Boston. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
Convenient location, very pretty and clean hotel. We had a nice view of the harbor. We had a four-night stay and had to get new room keys 6 times. Housekeeping did not come to our room the day after our arrival. There is no convenience store in hotel. Otherwise it was a great hotel.
Clean, modern decor, bath utilities were excellent. Parking cost was too much. Should offer a discount on parking for people who are staying at the hotel.
Style and general vibe of the hotel. Clean and extremely comfortable rooms. No included coffee/breakfast
For one day and night after eye surgery my husband was completely blind. Please give high thanks to the doorman who helped him into the cabs or hotel lobby. After the bandages came off he could again see! Thank you Ma Eye and Ear and Park Plaza Hotel.
The address given to me by the hotel was correct. Tons of hidden fees that are mandatory. Booked a king and was given a queen, with ZERO refund given. Would give this hotel a 0/5 if I could. Slapping travelers with hidden, mandatory fees should be illegal.
Beautiful facility. Comfortable. Great food Room was a little small but worked just fine.
Room was small
Location, facilities Nothing
The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Everything was clean and beautiful.
Location in Back Bay only redeeming feature. $110 million redo yet very small, noisy rooms. Family was in town for a wedding. A huge Convention was also at the hotel. Noise, noise , noise! Convention goers on our floor had noisy drunken party. Front desk could not deal with them. Offered us new room locations for following night. Our "new" room had no hot water until maintenance was called. Extremely small queen room. Hallways so wide and high, every voice heard in the room. Plumbing noisy and easy to hear voices in next room. Would never stay here again. Too many other quality hotels in the area. Missed the mark with the redo.
Amenities, seating, microwave and fridge requestable Lack of free wifi. Food and restaurant too expensive.
Trash in the room on the floor on arrival...
Location, next to many "sights" within walking distance and the entrance to the metro line just across the street that can take you almost anywhere. Also a host of dining options in the neighborhood. Rooms were updated but on the smaller side for the price paid. All the staff was courteous and helpful, including everyone. The size of the room, felt cramped. Didn't include free wifi, but the paid version was pretty reliable. Don't know if it was the case in the neighborhood or just the hotel, but the water had an odd taste to it.
We stayed the weekend and it was really loud. Different groups of people were really loud in the hallways literally ALL night. It was like you were part of a spring break scene all over again.
My wife and I stayed for a getaway weekend at the Boston Park Plaza and we had an amazing stay. Arriving into the hotel we were greeted immediately by staff and checkin was quick and effortless. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable . Before going out for the night we enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar and the staff was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel
The proximity to the park was ideal for my 12 year old golden retriever. She loved all the attention she received in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even during the holiday crush. Highly recommended.
Great staff, from the curb to the desk to concierge and room service--really, really good people. Pricey room service breakfast A toilet whose flush handle was in need of repair
Very clean . Beds very comfortable. Room size great. Needs to redecorate, wallpaper , bathrooms old . And staff is really nice but seems like in slow motion.
After making arrangements for our kids to stay with friends for the night, my wife and I booked a room at the Taj to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Within hours of checking in, we were startled by loud, raucous music. So loud that we had trouble hearing each other from across the room even though we were 3 floors below. Turns out the Taj was hosting a wedding party in the roof. Management said they were booked and couldn't move us. It was so unpleasant, we ended up checking out that same night so we could get a good night's sleep.
We had a room overlooking Public Garden and it was great. Nice view during the day and at night. Hotel is on Newbury Street and close to nice shopping, good restaurants, Beacon Hill - lots to do. Afternoon Tea is wonderful. We had a suite and they charged us $25 for rollaway bed for our daughter - tacky.
A shower with black mold is gross, even if it is marble. The clock made funny noises about 2am. It wasn't the alarm, maybe a failing battery backup, Thought the maid fixed it, but nope. Only solution was to unplug it. Mentioned it when we checked out. On our last day we left the room for the day we left the AC on to keep the room around 68 deg, imagine our surprise when we returned at 7 pm the room was 87 deg! The AC was no longer functional, and per the "engineer" they sent up the only solution was to open windows. As a result we got to listen to the large air handlers all night. The last day we decided to try the breakfast buffet, the food was okay but certainly not worth the $25/ea! The best thing about this place is the location.
There was a large stain on the carpet and the furniture/appliances were a bit outdated. Location was great and staff was friendly and helpful.
very large room, comfy bed, large bathroom, access to Boston highlights. nothing!
The staff are excellent, the rooms very comfortable and the location is perfect, close to the T and right on the park.
Location, location, location. From here it is an easy walk to many fine restaurants, shopping, or for researchers, the NEHGS or the Boston Library (which doubles as an art museum). Little further for the Freedom Trail, but doable if you are used to walking. If you just want to rest and watch the world go by, the Commons is right across the street and at least during the day very safe and family friendly. Caught a late flight but they were more then helpful in storing our luggage and assisting in getting a ride to the airport.
Leah at the front desk was amazingly friendly and attentive to our needs! Car service no longer available. Rooms are getting old and a tad musty
Great location and excellent service. Breakfast choices at hotel where few and overpriced.
The location was great with close proximity to public transportation and that made it easy for us to get around the city. Front desk was able to get us a room with double beds on a busy holiday weekend. 1) Slow elevator to get to lobby 2) Steep valet parking fees 3) Room service did not clean the room on our first day. I am not sure whether it was because of busy holiday weekend.
Close to everything but quiet to recharge Parking, not included
Room was immaculate and newly renovated. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for my late check in. I am from the area and stayed overnight to avoid public transit issues on the morning of an important meeting. I would definitely stay there again!
Wonderful location, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. What else can I ask for a 3 day visit to the city. Can't think of anything.
Had online check in everything was very clean beds comfortable great staff
Staff was very helpful and kind. After taking a red eye they were able to accommodate us on an early check in. Hotel and rooms were clean. Beds were comfy too. AND it's close to everything/walking distance.
nothing - pay for internet in a 4* hotel? in every starbucks internet is for free, at least a basic bandwith - rooms are really old, I expected more from the brand hyatt - on 1st day room was not cleaned, only upon call I never ever stay in a Hyatt again
Comfy beds and clean room located easy walks from Boston Common Faneuil Hall and so much of the tourist stops we wanted to see. Salvatore's was a decent restaurant right across the street. Snooty staff at front desk. Restaurant staff courteous. Not a hotel with a family vibe. It seems more suited for business and conference attendees
Nice and clean. Annoying to pay for parking. Made me really angry, the hotel should have free parking for its guests. $40-55 a night is just ridiculous.
Location is great in the center of everything walking distance anywhere to Boston. That breakfast is not included with the price tag of the room breakfast should be complementary. Parking under the hotel should be priced accordingly and have a special pricing for hotel residents.
Friendly staff; accommodated a late check out request, but with a fee to be paid. Not an issue. Promised champagne and strawberries for special occasion (but never arrived). Great location. Bellmen were extremely helpful! Front desk staff seemed friendly, but read issues we had. Had there not been any of the issues, this would've been a great stay, I just don't know why there were so many missteps. It was a good stay, if you look at room size, bed comfort, bathroom size and comfort (just don't expect privacy; everyone will know your business in there!), friendliness, location. This should be a phenomenal stay. It has all the makings for it. It must've been a full moon or something that weekend. Was promised champagne and strawberries the first evening, but it didn't come. The next day, the room wasn't cleaned when we arrived back at 11pm, so called to have at least the bed made and fresh towels (they offered a discount on an additional night, which was accepted, though didn't go smoothly at final check out for some reason); also mentioned the missing champagne and strawberries, was told they'd be there the next night, but again no champagne or strawberries when we returned. Ever. Hallway was meeting central at 3am for drunken shenanigans by other guests. Finally, on the fourth day, after returning to the hotel after a long day, the wireless entry failed, so we had to wait to be let into the room. To the front desk's credit, they were going to upgrade us for free on the last night for the inconvenience, but one of us needed to get back into the room because they were flying out in two hours, so that wouldn't work. Was promised an email accounting, even gave email address and was promised in 5-10min; it's now over twelve hours later, and still no receipt in my inbox or spam/junk folder.
everything worked good location
The location was excellent - just a short walk from Boston Commons, Copley Square, the Green and Orange T lines and commuter lines, and several great restaurants. The room was cozy and provided the necessary amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Heather the concierge went above and beyond our expectations in handling our requests and helping out with some post-Boston Marathon logistics. All of the staff from check-in to the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel displayed the charm of a historical building but with all of the necessary modern conveniences. The elevators were a bit small and we had to pass one up at times when there were more than a couple of people waiting or when they were full. The lobby was a bit small and was a bit of a bottleneck during and after check-in. The Precinct bar had a good energy and good drink selection but the food and desserts were just okay (we did not get a chance to try the restaurant). We wish there was a pool or hot tub, which would have been perfect for post-race recovery.
The staff was extremely attentive and eager to help.
Back bay location is perfect Coffee in lobby and Lobby in general Room furnishings Bathroom Valet parking very slow
The room was a good size and the facilities very good with very good service to support
Very comfortable bed and perfectly situated Unrequested early morning wake up call on check out date
Loved the bathroom. the toiletries (Aveda is great!), the warm towel racks, and the robes. The bed was very comfy and the room was nice and quiet. Our room was TINY! Not much larger than our king size bed. That was disappointing. I also wish there was a coffee maker in the room.
Excellent and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The facilities were ideal. Cuffs bar is great fun. Good location not noisy, shops and sights not far to walk. N/A
I loved the robes, comfort of the bed and pillows, provided toiletries in the bathroom. We also discovered that there was a towel warmer which was very nice. The tv was great- there was a fridge which came in handy when we had left over food. The in room keurig and travel cup was super convenient There was Giant bottle of FIJI water sitting by the coffee machine labeled that it would cost $7.00 for each if consumed. Kind of annoying I wanted them the entire time but couldn't get over the price.... I can't pay $7 for water.
good hotel, good location, great!
Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Staff was really friendly.
the entire experience was fantastic. The Concierge, Heather, was outstanding.
The location is great, the restaurant and bar has good food and drinks, the staff was friendly and helpful. We booked three rooms at this hotel because there were 6 of us and we all booked the same type of room but they tried giving one couple in our party a smaller room, but they did fix it so that was good. Also, the refrigerator in our room was broken, but they also came and fixed that right away.
The Godfrey is very Modern, ideally located and the staff is super friendly. ( Except for the manager on duty when I checked in.) Booked a two bedroom with a third party site, didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??
Chic hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service. It's hard to think of anything we didn't like
Staff was awesome and the place is all brand new and beautiful A little expensive
Location, Location, Location 2 min from Boston Common, in the center of the theater district Offsite Valet Parking was $52 per day, raising the effective room rate cost by that amount. Bed was too soft to be comfortable for my taste. No onsite restaurant
Easy check in, impressive room, comfortable and clean. We left our bags after checking out and went out to enjoy the day, came back and retrieved them from the friendly staff later.
Location was outstanding. The interior of the hotel was impeccable - obviously new. The bed was probably the most luxurious of any hotel bed I have slept in. Bose Bluetooth speaker provided ambiance to the room. Continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Room was a fairly small. Dresser in the hall made for tight passage between the bedroom and the bathroom.
Great location, central to most attractions. Very polite and helpful staff Ice machine was broken, but these things happen.
Tasteful and modern décor, beautiful details, friendly staff, comfortable beds, location, complimentary bottles of water TV program transmission quality was spotty. Glass shower screen led to wet bathroom floor and soaking bath mats after every shower. Ice machine hard to locate and not on every floor.
Great ,location, layout, quality, and service. Our second stay here and we remain fans of this newer downtown hotel. Comfortable beds, quality fixture, terrific, huge Tv, fast wifi. Haven't tried the food. The bar was nice. Jeez, the standard rooms are tiny with hard to access closet and no side table on one side of the bed. We were offered a larger room for another $40 and should have taken it!
Breakfast, decor, location, comfortable bed. Waking up to a 45 degree room and being told that a refund was not possible. They did provide a space heater, but after a few hours it only raised the temperature to 49 degrees. No refund?! The Godfrey said I have to get the refund through the website. I expect a runaround.
The location First room far to loud (trucks unloading / loading 5 am); second room not so loud, but still noisy. Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel
Convenient, clean, very nice, sleek, efficient Tight rooms for two travelers with large bags
Loved everything about staying at the Four Seasons Boston. The service was impeccable and they really made us feel "at home." My kids especially loved the welcome wagon and cookies and milk :) The hotel was clean, warm and inviting and I would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend!
location value for money
The hotel was very clean and very roomy. It also was close to the T Things I didn't like were.. Couldn't get the room to feel completely warm.set thermostat to 78 it barely hit 70. Parked in the parking garage a block away for $22 for the weekend compared to the hotel wanting to charge me $51 to park per day kind of a no brainier. Who's there was a pool or hot tub to relax in during our stay.
The food, room service staff, the bed, the ambiance. The arrogance of hotelstaff, the way they snubb/address eachother when they do not want to do a task themselves, are gossiping when idle and the lack of interest in guests.
Loved the chandeliers, mirrors, marble, location, service No shop in hotel for sodas, snacks, ice cream
Staff attentive. Nice decor. Great location. A little pricey. Not way high. Just a little.
Great location with warm and welcoming staff. Hold level was excellent.
staff were very friendly and it was in the best location of Boston. Overall it was an excellent choice - value for the money I paid. At my surprise, opon checking out they charged the normal rate, which was twice more expensive than the Booking.com price. Then I had to show the Booking.com e-mail to bring the price back to the one at which the booking was made. It was a cumbersome process. The hotel staff told me that this kind of problem often took place with the Booking .com.
Deluxe room - lots of space, good desk/lighting/reading chair, excellent bed, large marble bath and amenities. OAK is a great bar and restaurant with excellent food and lively vibe. Room service was prompt, friendly and delicious. And the hotel has a sweet black Lab to welcome guests. Noise from hall seeps in through the old wood doors; not really a problem until a couple drunk bros came in at 4AM and spent 20 minutes in the hall being enthusiastic.
Great location for shopping. Gold floor staff were very attentive. Worth the upgrade, especially as the Oak bar was so crowded on Saturday night. The Gold lounge was a pleasant oasis.
The interior of the hotel. That was about it. The room was not only small but watching tv was only possible sitting on the edge of the bed on the side. Miserable view. Were prepared to pay more for another room. Briefly - no hotel fully bo No value for a lot of money. Breakfast in the Oakroom was one morning being served by a friendly and polite waiter but the next day it was a very arrogant service as if we had to be thankful to be served.
Location Thought it was too expensive.
The hotel was beautiful and staff was very professional and courteous and willing to help.
Rooms are classic ritz-carlton comfort and luxury. They forgot to make a dinner reservation I requested at booking and never did anything about it.
Beds, personal treatment of the staff No
the health club is fantastic a reason to come back, the eating / bar facilities are ok it does not feel very cozy
they did not have taxis waiting outside and couldnot call one. They had to whistle for one passing by. As they are on a side street not that many pass buy. Also the area is not as nice as others in the city
I found the overall experience of staying in the W very relaxing and comfortable.
Wonderful building and facilities. Clean, comfortable. Great location. I have stayed at several Starwood Hotels and usually the W staff is a little bit more hospitable and welcoming. This particular staff was not very welcoming and when I had questions I was met with some interesting attitudes. All in all, great hotel - just think like every hotel somethings can be improved.
Brand new hotel Staff are not up to the W standard
Clean, comfortable and in a great location Lobby extremely loud
highly service-oriented staff, modern and luxurious styled rooms, rather 5 than 4 stars for the rooms - you feel comfortable in this hotel bathroom: open wall to the room, no bath tube in the single-bed rooms
The w never disappoints. I had quite a pleasant and extraordinary stay. No.
location, comfort, quiet overnight parking does not have to be this expensive
The hotel was very luxurious and modern. Room was extremely clean. Overall great experiance. I would recommend this hotel too others. The rooms are a bit pricey.
The front staff and manager were extremely accomodating after having a 2 hour tiff with the booking company I used (Get a Room, you were terrible). The room was clean and contemporary which me and my guests enjoyed. For the price, it was reasonable due to the location right next to the commons and for a saturday night in Boston. Wifi was free and they had speakers to hook up an iPad to play music. Parking was $50 for valet. ~$40 in the surrounding parking lots for overnight.
Nice design great location lovely renovation friendly atmosphere gentle staff Acoustics! Could hear neighbors arguing into the wee hours also - light from hall shining around and under the door (related problems?)
The location: in the center of the city, The style of the room.
Very good location for a visit to Boston both as a tourist and if you want to shop, the huge Prudential shopping centre is very close. Very minor issue. Breakfast was confusing on the first visit if like me you did not read the voucher properly.
The staff was very accommodating, taking our luggage early so we could check out the city.
curtains need to be changed. also the tv.
The access to the entire city via foot or mass transit was excellent. Tiny rooms
We really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to all of the shopping and restaurants. We never had to take a taxi or drive our car until we were leaving. I thought the room we had was small although it was very clean.
The location, the price, the ease of checking in and out. Nothing
well-decorated comfortable room, new bath, simply furnished but more than adequate for the price. Food service was limited, had to look around for breakfast options and restaurants for evening meals in the area were pricey. Perhaps more familiarity with the neighborhood would have helped. A good all-day (7am to 10 pm) coffee shop in the hotel would be a good addition to the food service now available in the hotel, and to the neighborhood.
Free Internet, the opportunity to have a bar fridge (would be better if it was stocked) the various pillows on offer and the amneties in the bathroom. No porter service or ramp into the hotel for heavy suitcases.
The value- location, price, accomodations.
very small rooms but adequate
The breakfast nook was overcrowded each day we were there
I was shopping so the room was to small so I left after one night. I had send a package and he never came to me and the did not no anythig about it, but the package did come but never to me (maby stolen)
As above it was in an ideal safe location within easy walking distance or transport plus places of interest as well as parklands to enjoy and take time out. I had a single room. The bed was really comfortable and housekeeping staff keep the rooms well aerviced and it is very clean. However, it was a small room with very little room for a large case and I had to keep mine on the floor throughout my 3 day stay. Other than that it was fine but not a room I would want to spend time in during the day as no view due to air conditioner being in the window. However it was quiet at night and easy up sleep. I am gluten free and found very little I could eat from breakfast provided, so would eat breakfast out as more options. I enjoyed my stay and would check in again if ever I was in Bodton in the future. It was value for money and that was important to me. My sincere thanks for a friendly and welcoming and well mannered staff .
Great location and good value. Rooms are quiet and staff is quite helpful. Breakfast is included and quality of the towels, soap, shampoo, etc. is better than in most inexpensive hotels. The rooms are clean and the beds are quite comfortable. The rooms are small. The first time I stayed for one night, I had a tiny, cramped room, but on my second visit for 6 nights, I had a room I would call cozy instead of cramped -- small, but certainly big enough for one person to be comfortable. The space in both rooms could be used more efficiently by adding more shelves in both the rooms and bathrooms, plus replacing desks and dressers with ones that are less deep.
I enjoyed my stay and thought that the staff was helpful and genuine. My room was small but adequate. My shower took forever to warm up but there was enough hot water once it did.
location, price, breakfast toilet not working, A/C not controllable, old
Staff very friendly
Helpful Staff and Good Location Shower temperature variable.Phone meter faulty, had messages from prior guests and charged for free calls.
The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. Boston is a very walkable city and the Milner is a well placed starting point for many of the most important attractions. The 'continental' breakfast is appreciated but involves throwing away a lot of plastic packaging etc which is convenient for the hotel but not helpful to the environment.
It is central and quiet; breakfast is good for European taste, staff helpful. Windows of the room were sealed and I could not stand the noise of air conditioning, but in November it was not a major problem to put it off. I asked a very quiet room and I got it on the back, viewing a brick wall just in front. Remark that "Single Twin Room" meant in my case a tiny room with a large single bed, no cupboard, no chair, a drawer with TV on it.
My room was small, but had everything I needed, even a coffee maker. Breakfast in the morning made life very easy. That I could not open a window.
I liked it very much. Comfortable, very good location, clean. An improvement of breakfast is necessary, concerning food variety.
Location"iffy" at night
The front desk staff was excellent Considerably over-priced
very convenient location. Valet parking and doorman were great In 2014 the lack of free WiFi is unconscionable. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds--for a Mom and teenage son--and they only had a king available and had to give us a handicapped room. The wheelchair accessible shower was less than ideal.
The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the welcome cookies. The location was close to places we wanted to go to. When checking in, the front desk person was trying to multi-task too many things at once. She told us that we needed to pay for the room again, which was outrageous as we had paid for it when we made the reservation. After searching through the account for a few minutes she found our previous payment. Wifi not included within the room price- it is sold as an additional room expense for an already pricey room.
Great rooms and friendly staff Expensive parking
Location Expensive parking Rude staff Noisy location
We loved being able to walk to theatres and restaurants. What's more, the T stop is right outside the door.
Welcoming staff with a warm cookie, extra cookies provided after a long snow filled winter walk. Lobby/lounge area very comfortable parking extra at $43.00 for 24 hours was a bit much
I lked everything. Was greeted by very friendly Front Office staff on arrival. Was given lovely warm cookie which was a lovely touch. The doulbe room was huge as was the bed and en suite. Loved everything about the place and the people too. There was nothing i did not like about this hotel
The beds were conformable and a spacious room No mirror in the actual room close to the beds. There was no mini fridge. And a pool in the hotel would have been good
reception staff (the ones I interacted with most, as I didn't eat in the hotel) were excellent. nothing really it was fine.
Location. Nice bar. Internet in lobby. The bed was too small!!! Definitely not big enough for 2 normal sized people! Also, there was a smoke detector above the bed that blinked green lights all night. The view from our room was a brick wall which was a little disappointing but not the worst thing in the world...
Friendly staff. Room had everything you needed. Room as tiny, but functioned fine for a solo traveler.
Location of hotel-provision of breakfast. Good bar. Room was a bit on the small size.
The room was excellent with lots of storage space. The continental breakfast was very good too.
Staff were excellent, helpful and courteous. Well appointed rooms and facilities. Excellent value, above our expectations. No problems at all.
advantageous location, particularly access to T
The hotel is central so easy to walk around Boston. The staff were helpful in the main and the room was spacious and clean. We didn't like the breakfast which was very poor and we didn't like the fact that we were not helped in making urgent phone calls - despite several requests as we were struggling with a completely new system and completely exhausted after a long flight.
Hotel located close to Railway Station and Airport. Good central location for site seeing and shopping and restaurants
The rooms were comfortable, well-decorated, well-sized (especially given the location), and had a great sound system (that was a pleasant surprise!). The location is excellent. The parking garage (the only parking option) was quite far away and when the weather was cold and windy, it was quite a pain to get to the car.
great location and very helpful staff.
location was good. easy access to places. quick breakfast was also fine. bagel was soft (I liked that) ... I wish I could have experienced bar which I did not ... I wish you had a coffee maker in the room.. It was very dry and I was dehydrated every morning... Also, (this is very personal but...) I had cup noodles which I could not make or eat becauase of no coffee makers( no hot waters...) I looked downstairs once and there were no coffee or hot water available...24hours?!? not sure if it was..
Friendly, helpful staff, free internet and printing facilities
