The car moved.

Cons:

Staff in Houston were rude and not helpful. Gave me a car that smelled like cigarettes, was sticky, and all of the seats were SOAKING wet.

When I picked up the car, I was told my reservation was cancelled. They were able to get me a car but it was more expensive.

Pros:

Staff came through in the end. Drop off was super.

Cons:

We prepaid for a van, to be picked by up at 10 am. We were delayed & got there at 11am no van or any vechicle was available...we sat until 1:30 pm until a minivan became available. The minivan was very satisfactory, all was excellent from then on.
