Cons:
Customer said they tried to reach me and let me know they didn’t have the car I reserved. I had previously called enterprise prior to arrival and confirmed the reservation which they did. Arrived and I was upsold another vehicle that I didn’t take so I will not ever use this service again.10.0 Wonderful

I didn't like the fact that Kayak sold me insurance, then the the car provider told me that the insurance that I paid for through Kayak would not cover their car. I still don't know the details of who was right on that issue :(2.0 Poor

Pretty much nothing because, even though I had a confirmed reservation, the vehicle I reserved was not available. Guess I can be thankful they called to let me know to not even bother to come out to pick it up.Cons:

No full size available even though I reserved full size. Only vehicles available were full size pickups so I went to Avis and never used Hertz. Horrible customer service!Cons:

Not much to like. No AC in the rental facility and had to wait 40 minutes for an attendant. Car wasn’t ready. Attendant was nice once he arrived.Cons:
Everything. No one was present during pickup or drop off. I had to leave the keys with someone who didn’t work in rentals. They said they didn’t know what I should do.10.0 Wonderful
