We reserved a compact and were given a jeep pickup, which was nice for driving in the beach on Texas. Surprised the agent didn't tell us at the counter though. Not as comfortable as some cars but worked out great.

No availability of vehicle category I reserved. They upgraded us to a pickup truck, which had unbalanced wheels and was uncomfortable to drive. Never again.

Stood inline for 45min only to have the guy tell me they don’t allow cars to get rented for a one way trip. So why is it offered online? Terrible experience.

The rservation couldn’t be completed because the return time (4pm) was not available at that location (12 noon the latest). When they checked to drop Off at other locations it was double the amount or 140 dollars more. They didn’t even try to say we will keep the same price. End up going to enterprise around the corner. I hope Allianz inssurance I got through kayak returns the money I paid .

Cons:

If you are going to mandate a mask policy you should provide mask for those who either don't have one or left theirs at home. Having to go find a mask somewhere in order to enter your establishment is very inconvenient!

The car moved.

Cons:

Staff in Houston were rude and not helpful. Gave me a car that smelled like cigarettes, was sticky, and all of the seats were SOAKING wet.
