Arrived at the pickup location waited 20 minutes in line and then the agent was completely disinterested in providing any kind of customer service. After about 10 minutes she finally told me that they didn’t have any cars available. Approximately 5 minutes later she said she had a car available but not the class I had booked. I booked a SUV and she only had a Camry for the same rate. I accepted the vehicle. Then I went out to the car and the vehicle was disgustingly dirty. Exterior was barely washed but the interior was even worse. Stains all over the seats and horrible smell. The worst part was the registration had expired in 02/2026, this was 07/2026. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. Will never rent with Budget SDF again.Reviewed Jul 24 2026

I wanted a van and really needed a van. I got lucky that avis had a 7 passenger car because my only other option was a 5 seater or passenger van. Had that happened i would have been furious. I should not be worried about getting the vehicle i need when I book it in advance.Reviewed Apr 17 2026
