Friendly customer service, vehicle was available, easy drop-off. However, the third row was not cleaned. There were food crumbs and an impossible to miss spot of sticky stuff in the middle of one of the back seats.Reviewed Aug 24 2026

It took forever to pick up my reserved car and there was attempted wheeling and dealing at the counter. It should not take multiple phone calls and over 15 minutes to pick up a reservation—or to ask me to choose a completely different size vehicle because that’s all that’s left.Reviewed Jul 15 2026

Tire pressures ranged from 25 to 42, each one being different. Owner's manual I believe called for 35.Reviewed Mar 26 2026

What I did like was the counter attendant, Dan, good guy, easy to work with. The first car I was supposed to rent had an overpowering smell of marijuana. I spoke with Dan and he quickly got me another vehicle. Much appreciated his helpReviewed Jun 26 2025

Although we've had mediocre experience with Dollar Rent-A-Car before, this one I definitely rate excellent. Pick-up was seamless, and drop-off even faster. Employees were courteous. Car was clean. Thankful they've upped their game!Reviewed Jun 23 2024

I was very disappointed that I had to wait for a car when I had booked it 2 months in advance. There should be no need to wait for a car….they told me that it was busy because it was spring break. You shouldn’t rent out more cars than you can supply.Reviewed Apr 17 2024
