Please refund the PREPAID amount.
Cons: Hertz rental from Pittsburgh to Pittsburgh, 5/17/17 to 5/18/17, for 1 day rental. We ended up not using this PREPAID can rental, for $33+, and called and wouldn't REFUND us this amount. We'll remember this when we need to book a future rental. Why can't $33+ be refunded to our credit card???? Sometimes travel changes, and a refund would be appreciated!!! Thank you! mAKE sURE YOU'RE AT THE RIGHT PICK UP PLACE
Pros: sTAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND WELL TRAINED.
Cons: i HAD REQUESTED A CAR AT THE PHOENIX AIRPORT SO SPENT $35 ON A CAB RIDE TO AHWATUKEE.

Pros: Drop off was easy.
Cons: They tried to push for higher price rental car. Agents were not courtesy. They tried hard to include full tank gas option by saying gas price was so expensive outside the airport. Will not rent again.
