Will rent from this location again!
Pros: The staff was very nice, and I was upgraded for free. Talk about great service, very friendly and caring. I recommend renting from this location. I will do it again!

Lies!!
Pros: Honestly nothing... everything was lies and fees!
Cons: I didn't like all the extra fees and they never give you the car you choose or anything similar they give you something completely different.

The car was not the one promised
Cons: I ordered a car upgrade and was given a tiny car with no trunk otherwise I would have had to pay another $15 a day--car was not like the one in the photo.

Rental in Utah
Pros: Fast, easy pick-up at airport. Vehicle was in great shape, immaculately clean, and perfectly suitable for the sort of driving intended. Return was equally fast and the Enterprise station was in fact open a bit earlier than stated on the rental document. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional.

Car rental or used car salesmen?
Pros: I did like the Provo office. They were helpful. Tried to make me happy.
Cons: That the SLC Downtown location didn't tell me that I could drop it off at the airport instead of at their location. Making it more convenient for me instead of not. That the car they gave me had a wobble and I had to exchange it for a different one using up my valuable vacation time. The individuals at the downtown location tried to upcharge me for insurance that I ha already bought.
They came across as used car salesmen. Shady, vain, conceited and interested in customer service very little.

Pros: Great car for the price!
Cons: Made my reservation on line and was told it was at the airport, which it was not it was 15 minutes away and a $30 cab ride! Same thing for the ride back or risk the $100 drop off fee at the airport.

Bad rental
Pros: This was booked as an airport rental.
The agency is 45 minutes away form the airport.
Fortunately, I was able to cancel the rental and re-book at the airport.
This was a very poor way to treat a traveler.
