Cons: Pickup of the vehicle took a little while as there was only 1 staff member in the office to help multiple customers.

Cons: Rental was dirty on inside and out. No options other than insurance were offered at check in. Others checking in at same time were offered additional options. Another family member went thru avis and paid the same price with a toll pass and a clean car

Cons: I didn't get the option to return the car with a full tank of gas.

Cons: The car exterior was not clean when I picked it up. Nor did it have a full tank of gas. The person who assisted me never disclosed these things, but when I brought it up, they did accommodate me by marking the car empty so I didn't have to fill it up with gas when I returned it. Another thing to point out is that they didn't have the price I was quoted on the paperwork. It was almost $100 more for the week. I noted this when reading the documentation. They did go back in and check the price of my reservation and lowered it accordingly.
