Cons: THE AGENT JERRY DID NOT LET US KNOW THAT THE CARS RADIO WAS BROKEN WHEN WE RENTED THE CAR.
ALSO WHEN YOU PUT THE CAR IN REVERSE--YOU HEARD A THUMP--LIKE YOU WERE HITTING ANOTHER CAR.
IT WAS DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT.

Wipers did not work
Cons: The windshield wipers did not work and it was snowing outside . Had to pull over several times to clean the windows and it took me 7 hours for a trip that should’ve only been 3.5. The office was closed so had to call roadside assistance and the only thing they said I could do was wait to the next day to trade in the car for another available one, but only if the office was open and had available cars. Had to go to two different offices to finally find a car they could get me into.
Cons: The car wasn't at the location when we arrived. They told us it would be there in 20 minutes. The manager spoke extremely rudely to me, seemingly indignant that I dared to ask a question, when I asked them to explain why there was no car for our scheduled pick up time. Then, no one spoke to us until an hour later, when I asked them where the car was (they still didn't have an answer).
They repeatedly tried to pressure me to take a different car, even after I explained that I didn't feel comfortable driving such a vehicle. They offered not a single word or gesture of apology for the inconvenience. The delay caused us to miss some of our plans for the day.
Had we had any other option, we would have left the store, but we were stuck. I will never rent from this location again.
