Pros: Fast courteous service. Great price. I did porchase their insurance it had better coverage.
Cons: Don't by rental car from Kayak it's a third party vendor with little
Coverage. so we cancelled that coverage and got bumper to bumper with enterprise for a few dollars more.

Pros: Granada Hills CA branch has one angle her name is Carissa I had compact small carshe did not have any and she upgrade me to Truck I was thinking to mo ve some stuff around house and I did it she is absolutely one of the BEST
I work in ship and rent all the time but this time was really GREAT
I will not buy any car because of this place treat me like my own family
Pros: Overall price was pretty good considering my rental trip and time.
Cons: Pickup location was lackluster at best. Long wait, understaffed, and when I finally got my car it hadn't been cleaned from the last customer's trip.

Pros: The location was 28 miles from where I had asked for a pick up. So I could not use it.

Cons: There was not a car available even though you confirmed it. I had to rent a car through Enterprise. I would not use your website again.

Pros: The car itself was fine.
Cons: poor customer service, waited an hour to get the car. there were at least a dozen other people that came in while I was their and they had no cars for them even though they had reservations. The staff was slow and they were terrible communicators, and the car was dirty. I feel lucky that I even got the car. Never again, the little bit I saved was offset by the wait to get the car, and return it.
Pros: The car was the same as my own so it was an easy drive.
Cons: Our car was reserved for 8 at the Northridge location but they didn't have it ready until 8:30. When I asked about the delay I was told we are lucky we didn't get a call canceling our reservation. Ummm, I reserved in advance and paid in full. Horrible cutosmer service. Even customers that were in there were asking if we were helped and how long we had been waiting.
