8.0 Very good
Pros:Staff very friendly and supportive.
Cons:The car was not even clean., Location too far from airport.
Pros:The van I expected was not available the day of pick up. I did receive an email saying my rental is ready for pick-up at 11 a.m. the day before. I was dropped off and never received a call or email saying my van is no longer available. I had to rent a vehicle from a different vendor for triple the price of the van I requested.
Cons:Communication to your customers. You sent the initial email saying that the my van was available for pick up yet NO ONE bother to notify me when it is no longer available.
Pros:While I was on my way to pickup the vehicle I called the facility to let them know instead of 5 I am expecting to arrive there at 530pm. I was told by the staff member on phone that they close at 4pm and she was told by her boss not to wait and asked me to come next morning at 8 am if still of interest.
Cons:I will let other traveller's to note even when the booking is accepted for 5pm doesn't necessarily means the facility will be open
Cons:Really Nice people. Vans could use a little more upkeep
Pros:Great professional and helpful staff. Easy drop off.

Cons:Getting ahold of someone is nearly impossible. I was given no instructions for after hours drop-off. I shouldn't have assumed. I had to listen to an automated phone message 4 times to get the address to the hotel correct. This hotel happens to loan out their shuttle bus for pick ups and drop offs, DURING BUSINESS HOURS ONLY! Dropping off the vehicle at any other time, with the hotel they tell you to use, will cost you an extra $20 for them to retrieve it. They are like 3 miles away from this hotel. They are inexpensive so I guess I can't complain too much but almost every other rental agency has provisions for getting you to and from the airport regardless of the time as a part doing business with them. Apart from this, I guess they're okay.

Cons:I had a confirmation and yet there was no car for me. Left me in a bind.
Pros:Enterprise quickly arranged for a wheelchair to get me from the car to the shuttle bus and the bus driver called ahead for a wheelchair at the terminal. It was a welcome easy process.
One location in Humble
Pros:The initial process was fine.
Cons:The first car I was offered was a garbage Nissan Sentra. The dashboard indicators alerted me to a flat tire within a half mile of picking up the car. You could tell it had been driven hard already. I wouldn't give this car to my enemy. After returning to the rental office, I was given a Ford Fiesta. This car had four working tires, but had a horrible transmission that felt about to fail at all times. Hertz is not the cheapest option, you'd think they'd do a better job stocking their inventory with quality cars and not the worst of the worst.
8.4 Very good
Pros:All agents were very helpful and pleasant. I received my car within 10 minutes of arriving at the location which was wonderful.
Cons:The car reeked of smoke and had pet prints all over the trunk and back carpet.
