Cons: the quoted price was approimatly 200 $ but i had to pay 345 because of an insurance you "have" to have. the care was ok but needed wayy to much gasloine for its sice.

kayak and Hertz had different prices
Pros: The pick up process in FL was poor. The machine couldn't read my license, the process was impersonal, the $132 kayak value became $455 when the check in person got done. Then when I returned the car it became $262

Pros: Fast and professional on car return billed charges as listed on contract.
Car return took under three minute's!!

Kiosks are ok, but could be better
Cons: I used the new phone kiosk and had trouble hearing Bashir, the young man assisting me. He was very friendly and helpful but I ended up getting the wrong vehicle. The matter was resolved by people there so it all worked out. The kiosks are a nice idea, but you might want to have an audio specialist do something about the background noise from the customer end.

Very bad experience
Pros: Once we arrived the lady said she needed to to a credit check on me. Then said she couldn't rent to me because of my score. Even after I had already booked it with the card she said I couldn't use. Luckily my wife had a credit card to use or we would have had no car at all for our trip. I called during our trip to see if we could change drop off locations to a location closer to our hotel. We were told it would cost over 200$ to change locations. We will never use hertz ever again and will make sure we tell everyone we know about our awful experience

Pros: There were a lot of people to take the cars away.
Cons: It was the day after New Year's so a lot of cars are pulling in at once and there were not enough people there to check people in. So there was a little bit of a back up.

Cons: They didn't have the right car when I arrived. Waited 1 hour for another car to be dropped off. Car was dirty. Customer service was terrible. Not happy especially since I booked a specific car to travel with my family of five.
Pros: I got this car for a one way and it served it's purpose.
Cons: The guy at pick up was an idiot and the car was dirty, still trash in it from the last person. Also the employee put in the computer the car left with a full tank when indeed it left with the fuel light on. The guy at drop off also was sporting an attitude.

Dirty Car, Poor Customer Service
Cons: Walked into an empty location with a telephone ringing off the hook. After about 10 minutes a man walked in, went behind the counter and without saying a word, nodded his head back to acknowledge my presence and call me over to the counter. The car was dirty inside and out. He said he would take it to put it through a car wash but it should have been clean when he brought it to me. Overall poor experience at pick-up. Drop-off at airport location was completely different. Very friendly people and a very easy process.
Cons: They had me coming back to their location for two days and never had a car available. I finally gave up. I had made my reservation 45 days earlier and they couldn't complete their end of the bargain. The best they said they could do was they would " Let me" sit in the waiting area at the end of the line and wait for a car to appear! This was on my third trip to their location and two days after by rental was supposed to begin! While waiting we noticed that the "walk-up" rate for cars had risen to over $100/ day. I believe they "better dealed" me. My rate was $43/day. Never again! I will spread the word that Enterprise Cos.are dishonest.
