I completed my pre check in as it said “avoid the line” and just pick up your car. I already pre paid for the car and when I got there, I showed them my Apple Card via my cell phone as I do not have a “physical” card. They would not accept me not having a physical card even tho it was pre paid and my card was charged—— and I pre checked in! So I had to make a new reservation while I was at the counter, made me run late to my meeting and I had to pay 2 times for a car rental! I will never use them again.

The location was understaffed and had some unruly and distasteful renters, but the manager was handling everything with aplomb. When we returned the car, he remembered us, apologized profusely for the prior delays, and gave us a discount. Class act! Thanks, Moises.

Pros:

The air conditioning was very nice on such a warm day.

Cons:

I could not get the car because I didn't have a physical credit card. My replacement card is in the mail but apparently they have to have the card to swipe. My virtual card was not acceptable.

After my flight was delayed, I arrived at the Dollar location at about 6:04pm. The office was still open and two men behind the counter. I explained my situation and said I was there for my rental and that I was already checked in via pre check-in via email. I was abruptly told " sorry , we close at 6:00pm. You'll have to come back tomorrow ". I'm 75 and my wife is handicapped and 73, but they would not help us. Being an off airport location they left us on the street to fend for ourselves. Probably the worse customer service I've ever experienced. After picking up the car the next morning, I was told I should receive compensation for the shorter rental period from Kayak. We'll see if that's true. Needless to say, I'll never rent with Dollar again.

Final bill much higher than online rate. Dollar moved from airport terminal to take a shuttle, no signage. Address to return car was still airport added about 15-20 minutes to find drop off location. Car was nice and clean.

I Didn’t even pick up car, tried for refund after 10 minutes of ordering, because I selected the wrong date , and the date I was looking for a car, they had none available.they just took the money and didn’t do anything for the service.
