Pros: Staff person who helped us was very friendly and professional. Although they need to hire some folks to help her out. Car was clean and check in process was pretty easy. Drop off took a long time because she needs more help, but she is a great asset to payless.
Cons: Did not have the car we wanted, so we were "upgraded" to a less efficient SUV. We weren't really given a choice about that, but we were also not charged more for the upgrade. I'm sure this would be a positive for some customers. Roadside assistance is extra if you want the company to respond to flat tires, maintenance issues, etc. Not a lot more, but still not included in our quote. Added $50. All together about $100 in charges were added to my "quote."

Cons: When I walked in to pick up my reservation I was told I couldn't get the car and there was no reason givin. I continuesly asked but they would run around the question. I left and took my business to enterprise where it was a warmer welcome and I was helped.
