Pros: less expensive for a car just as good as any. Great customer care.

Pros: I like the price, I like the car, it was very comfortable. When I returned the car the staff was very helpful and patient.
Cons: I didn't like when I picked up the car initially. The clerk was not personable. she just told me to initial certain places without explaining what I was initialling , it added extra fees to the bill I had already reserved it online and declined the things she had me initialling. I was charged two holding fees of $ 200 totaling $400 which caused a return check and a fee charged to my account of $29. I was very disappointed with the service when I pick the car up the staff was not concerned when I called her back to let her know what had happened. Had an OH WELL, attitude.

Poor driver service
Pros: Did not help with luggage.
Cons: The policy that automatically charges for full take of gas is potential ripoff. When told I filled myself clerk did eliminate the charge
