Cons: Shuttles to the airport run half as often as other rental companies. Waited an hour and a half to pick up my car, absolutely unacceptable. Not worth the slightly cheaper price -- you pay for it in other ways!

Long waits for shuttle and check out
Pros: Nice vehicle. Good price.
Cons: 1980 technology to do paperwork takes forever to check out customers. This backs up the line. You will wait for an inordinate amount of time as customers are served very slowly. Pray no one is there when you arrive. That way you will get your vehicle in reasonable time. The new technology that replaced the old crappy technology is just as bad for Gathering signatures and initials. It is like it was put together by someone who had no idea what it took to run this business. Simply printing a piece of paper and writing down and your souls and a signature would take a quarter the amount of time that it currently takes to check out.

Good price slow service
Pros: Good value
Cons: It took forever to get the car. It wasn't that the employee was slow but that they are a bit in the stone age when it come to paperwork. Luckily there was only one person ahead of us and even still it took 20-25 minutes to get the keys.

EZ Car rental = anything but EZ
Pros: No problems with the vehicle itself
Cons: Ended up having to rent a car after mine broke down several hours from home. This was my first experience with EZ rental but decided to give them a chance due to their low prices. Rented the vehicle for 3 days and was told by the rep at the counter to just call if I needed to extend my rental. My car ended up taking longer than expected so I attempted to call the organization 5 separate times, on three different phones, over the course of a day and a half....the individual on the other end couldn't hear me each time after waiting on hold for 30 plus minutes each time and just hung up. Their website wouldn't allow me to extend the rental either so I had to make a 8.5 hour round trip to drop off the rental and swap for another company! Absolute nightmare. Additionally, I sent emails to both their customer service and main company email over a week ago and have yet to get any sort of reply. The attendants when I dropped it off seemed less than concerned and due to rushing and trying to explain the above situation to them I forgot to grab my garage door opener out of the rental. I returned 40 minutes later and they had already rented out the car and in the process of whatever cleaning they do did not notice a garage door opener sitting in the car... All in all I will gladly pay for a quality rental car service in the future.
