Cons: Pick up was horrible. No instructions or notice that they no longer pick up at airport. Took almost 1 hour to get to car rental. Horrible.

Pros: Pickup drivers were kind and good
Cons: Staffs were the worst. All customers including me had to wait for car for 1+ hours.

Pros: The staff was friendly and useful.
Cons: The car was dirty and smelled bad. We bought clorox wipes to clean some of the dried stains that we found; it helped with the smell. We also kept the windows open as much as possible to let the air circulate. After a couple days, the smell was contained.

Pros: The drop was really simple and quick.
Cons: There should be a non-diesel option regardless of the car size. When I went to pick up the car, I was told that I would have to pay extra $25 to get a non-diesel car, which was not specified when I was making the reservation.

Pros: drop off very easy.
Cons: i have rented from them 3X and they never have the car i reserved. So they give me a family van which cost more to insure and more gas, harded to park and drive.

Pros: It was ok fast and drop off was easy
Cons: Outside of the car needed to be clean, insurance per day wasn’t expecting to pay double the price. Expedia offered $9 a day for insurance.

Pros: Everything was quick and easy. Got really busy at pick up but they put more staff on the floor immediately. Drop off was quick, no issues! It was easy to find, well marked. Shuttle service very timely. Excellent service and value.
