It's been better
Pros: Clean car. Fast drop off.
Cons: Short line for pickup but had to wait. I was third in line while a brand new guy checked people in. There were three other employees outside on break. Not horrible but it's been better in the past.

No cars when I showed up!
Cons: I showed up at Cleveland Airport for picking up my pre-booked car from Enterprise counter. The line was 10 people long with one agent struggling while other car rentals were all 1-2 people long lines with multiple agents. While I and 9 others were patiently waiting for our turns, the agent took time to announce "Just so that you all know and not surprised when you get to the counter, we are out of cars and it may take 1-2 hours to get a car". Really? I quickly whipped out my phone, made a reservation on Avis.com and shifted to the much shorted Avis queue, got my car and was on my way! Thanks Avis!!! Enterprise, you suck!! I thought I should cancel my Enterprise reservation just in case they still decide to charge me. There online system won't let me cancel and I had to call in while driving my Avis car and punch through a bunch of codes, talking to a few people before (I think) I successfully cancelled my Enterprise reservation. Beware -- a reservation with Enterprise means nothing!!!

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Had to wait for car because they didn't have any ready when I got there.

Car was very dirty upon initial pickup
Pros: Toyota Corolla is a good car and staff was friendly. Associate credited one day rental when I told him that car was dirty upon pickup.
Cons: Car was dirty and all windows had to be cleaned inside and out.
