The staff were friendly enough and did their jobs. I had a one way rental (pick up and drop off at different airports) and the car they gave me had out of date tags, snow tires in July that made a lot of road noise and a potential wheel bearing issue that made the car vibrate on the highway.Reviewed Jul 8 2024

No chairs in the rental office. You have to stand up while waiting for the only employee to get to you (and it could be a long wait). No modern credit card machine so I had to be in contact with my credit card provider in order to authorize the deal. No way to buy CDW online (I got an email saying the order was confirmed, but was unable to find it using the thrifty website). I rented a car from the exact same location 2 years ago and had the exact same issues. It seems that nothing had changed since. The car itself was excellent, but the headache around the order was a letdown.Reviewed Jun 8 2024

Pros:Front desk guy is awesome. Super friendly guy and the value is impossible to beat.Cons:The interior of the car was filthy. There were french fries everywhere from whoever had the car last which means that during a pandemic they aren't even cleaning the cars between rentals.
