It took at least 15 minutes after picking up the car and getting behind the wheel to exit the hertz parking lot because of some apparently new proprietary gates that were poorly staffed. After returning the car began receiving daily emails and text messages claiming damage to the car based upon imaging technology that claims to identify dents, photos that show no visible damage and demanding a deposit! to begin the repair process. It’s a scam!

Waited nearly two hours to pick up the vehicle. The facility was understaffed, only two people were managing the front desk and one of them was clearly more competent than the other. Our vehicle was fine but hadn’t been cleaned super well, likely as a result of rushing. Will not use this Hertz location again.

Unfortunately, there was no car available at the pick up station. The staff was not helpful and the hotline was overloaded. After 1 hour we were able to pick up our car. Dropping of the car was easy at the airport.
Staff at both pick up and drop off were very friendly and helpful.

Gas prices in Seattle were $5.40/gal and I was driving a full size pickup. That was a bit of a shock. But really - I can say nothing bad about the actual RENTAL Experience. They were great. Car was great.
