Book Hertz car rentals in Irving

Cons: Poor customer service the truck was suppose to be a six seated however was a five seater which was uncomfortable for our family no others available. They called 2 hours after drop off with attitude stating we caused damage to the truck however if they had checked the contract they would have seen that the damage was pre existing when my husband called back to clarify they were rude and too busy to address his concerns and said they would call back with no return call

Cons: From irving tx til we arrived in Columbia sc we had tire issues, we had to keep airing the back tires, lights on, when dropped off they were on, I even called roadside numerous times.....case#160316798, please help adjust our rental fees for all the issues since we were charged fees for missing our flight :(

Cons: There was no car available for us for the time we reserved. I was told I'd have to wait about 90 minutes to get a car; and ,even then, there were no guarantees I'd get an SUV as I'd requested.
