Car was really dirty when we got it
Cons: We had to stop ore vacation to go and take the car in for services plus it was a strange with them wouldn't let us stand the car rental they kept transferring are call to different departments it was a horrible experience not ever renting from them very poor service

Cons: The gas pedal was a little too resistant so when driving on the highway you had to push down harder in order to accelerate.

DON'T EVER RENT A CAR SEAT WITH HERTZ
Pros: The car itself was fine
Cons: My car itself was fine. A few days before my trip I called Hertz to add on a car seat rental. Hertz specifically asked me the weight of my child, which I reported to be 25 lbs; I specified that he needed a "child seat," not an infant carrier, and I was assured that this would be given to me. I then called again the day of travel to verify that the car seat would be there, as i was getting in very late. I arrived to pick up my rental car after 10 pm and was taken to a closet with a bunch of car seats strewn all over the place, only one of which matched the description of "child seat" -- the rest were infant carriers or for older children. However, this one seat didn't have its full base attached and only contained part of the necessary straps to secure it into the car. So at that point I was told that I could have an infant seat instead, which I did not book and is too small for my child, and was basically told "sorry, we're low on car seats because it's a busy weekend." Then I shouldn't have been sold and charged for a car seat that wasn't available. There should be some type of inventory process (based on condition that car seat closet was in, there is no way anybody is tracking inventory). So I had to stuff my 1-year-old in this infant carrier that he was much too big for, because we had no choice -- it's not like we could sleep at the hotel. The next morning I had a friend drop off a child car seat, which is what I ended up using for the rest of my trip. My husband contact hertz to report this issue and was promised that someone would get back to use the next day -- they didn't. What a terrible, terrible experience. I'm angry that I was charged for something I didn't get, but more angry that Hertz showed absolutely zero concern about the safety of my child. I will NEVER book with Hertz again after this experience.

Cons: Return place was terrible, the sign was not clear and I was rounding to much to get it. One time I entered to terminal 2 return and there was no shuttle going to terminal 1 and if there is at all they told me it came every 45 minutes. I almost missed my flight. There was a big line at the pick up and not covinient for customers.
